Very awesome place! I went here to get my birthday coffee everyone was very sweet.
Quick service with consistent quality! Everyone knows Starbucks are crowded, especially at this prime location. However the efficiency, accuracy, and personality of the workers make the line and experience pleasant making you feel like you can always trust this location to be top notch.

I know, I know, it's a Starbucks. But this one is different because it has much more room between the tables. Manager here is one of the nicest. Clean for the most part; manager & employees work hard at it--tho there is a lot of traffic. Ample free parking. Employees always get the order right.
Their mobile order pick-up area is sandwiched between the machines and register, so you may have to navigate your way carefully beyond the folks who are finalizing their purchase in store. More than once other customers have bumped into me as I'm picking up my mobile order, since some people immediately turn to their left from the register without looking, and a very few folks have been a little less than kind after walking into me while looking at their phones or wallet (guess we all need our coffee sometimes). However, their mobile order system is very good.
Bathroom available in store, but it is a one stall unisex bathroom. You can be in for a wait, and sometimes an unpleasant surprise once your turn comes. If you're very sensitive to those kinds of things, may be better to plan ahead and use the one in the complex, next to the Ba-Le sandwich shop. However, be warned that if you are a gold level member and have free refills available with Starbucks app, you will not be able to use that since you have technically left the shop.
One of our favorite Starbucks locations, as the manager is amazing and we have not seen a lot of drama from the Baristas, which is great.
Troy greets me every time I pick up my favorite drink! He’s warm and personable. They hustle during a rush throughout the day! You guys do an awesome job!
I love my Starbucks and this Ward Ave one is no different. I haven't been here for a while and they had renovated the place. It's roomier and looks like it has more tables. It's a better look and has a nice feel to the place.
Emerson, Troy, Victoria, Jess, Vince are sooo awesome! They always remember my drinks and always treat me more than just a customer. I enjoy getting my fixed drink and leaving this place feeling better than before I walked in (:
Plenty of seating, friendly staff. Place is always clean. Much to do within walking distance. I'd stop here on my way out. So many dining options within the same plaza!
Very busy store, located on the corner of Ward and Auahi St. Parking is available. Many people use this location for business meetings and of site offices. Fast Internet and lots of tables. Use the app to place your order for faster service.
Excellent service and location. Perfect if you’re walking from Waikiki to downtown. Never seems crowded, few tourists and mostly college students from campus across the road.
