I like this place, I like these ppl. They put out a good product. Mom makes great domas. I like pretty much everything on their menu. But tend to pass on the falafel, too oily. The rice can get a tad greasy too.
There is never a dull moment during each visit to GOOD & HEALTHY CAFE. It's like going to visit family (OHANA) . Yes, this is a family business. I can definately taste and feel the love or shall I say the "ALOHA", in every bite and conversation I experience.
For me, every dish on the menu is appealing to my Na'au. For me I find myself often eating the Chicken Tinola and switch out the rice for the healthier bean starch.
BAKLAVA, NOW this is DEFINATELY HOME made. . . No shortcuts in the recipe @ all.

Wow great food. Just had the Tuesday eggplant dish and was really satisfied with the portions and flavor. I'm going back tomorrow to try the falafel and the gyros on the following day. Highly recommended.
Great and fresh home cooked food. We just got back from the cafe and i had to write a comment. food was excellent, it was fresh and tastes like its home cooked. the owners are very friendly and the price is right. the place is small so plan on taking food out or if you want to eat in make sure you find parking as parking right up front is not an option. but its worth the trip. i highly recommand it.
Really awesome quick healthy and tasty food! Great specials each day, but get there early or they'll sell out!!! Parking is tricky, the post office is your best bet!

This place is located downtown and would be a great spot for lunch. Dishes are Lebanese with a bit of Japanese fusion because the new owner wanted to add his own touch to it. Everything on menu is under $10 (except for one item) so its definitely affordable. Only downside is it is small venue with limited seating. Check them out
Great food, good lunch atmosphere. Quick and easy. Delightfully healthier alternative than other places too.
I have a doctor's appointment upstairs and came down, check out this place. I like it!!!! I will be there again after 2 weeks. For sure I will stop by again!
