Probably the best Starbucks on-island if you are a regular. Having recently moved to the mainland, I still miss the consistency and friendliness of this particular location and their staff.
After a handful of visits, half the staff knew my order and began making it sometimes before I even put the order in. They always greeted me by name. On the rare occasion they messed up my order, they were always apologetic and quick to fix their mistakes (everyone makes mistakes!)
If you order them via UberEats and they are out of a product (only happened twice ever in 3+ years), they even put a convenient little note and apology so you can get a refund easier!

This Starbucks has a lot of Hawaii coffee mugs in stock.
Omg the people here are so cheerful and sweet. Was waiting for someone to pick me up in this location and watched how kind they are to everyone, including people who just came in for water.
Had an amazing customer service experiance with Bella..The cofee was as good as the some good places but she did something that we will never forget...Thank you so much Bella..Hope you visit us in Calgary once..

Use the app to order your drink and by the time you get to this Starbucks, it’ll be ready! The inside is kind of small - social distancing is difficult when it’s busy so order through the app - don’t forget to tip!
The baristas are always friendly and makes your drink just right!
The is the BEST Starbucks! The staff are always warm and kind, the drinks are perfection, and coming in always brightens my day 🌞
I don't normally review Starbucks because they can be generic but the staff at this Starbucks was really just amazing! So friendly and you could tell they had all been trained really well and were really amazing at their jobs! They were so fast and never stopped working. I sat and watched them for about 30 minutes as I waited for a big order. They were just really great and I be was really impressed! Thanks for the great service!
