Staff were very friendly and spared no time ensuring that we were informed on what the differences were in all of their products. They didn't push their products and the prices were clearly labeled.
Stumbling across the place while walking around was a nice contribution of displaying the diversity of culture that Hawaii attracts.
Tea Boss has an amazing range of flavors! You can get teas, milk teas, coffees, blended drinks, and lemonades. My favorite drink to get is the white peach green tea or the Jasmine green tea! Definitely a good place to check out especially if you want to study for a bit as they do have outlets.

Really great tea but I hate the steep learning curve required to understand the menu. Their Waikiki location has a helpful visual guide missing here.
Friendly staff, fast, tastes good, they seal the cup for takeout. So far my favorite is the japanese matcha with bubble (green cup on the photo)
The Tea Boss chain is easily my favorite bubble/boba tea shop. They have a huge selection and offer pretty much everything. You can control the sweetness on most of the drinks so you can tailor it to your liking. Great atmosphere and always friendly employees!
I love Tea Boss. I always get the Thai tea, my husband loves the Milk tea. They also have great egg puffs. I highly recommend trying it out if you haven't been before.
Tasty variety of bubble teas. Love their toppings. Convenient location, not super busy friendly staff, great rewards/promo program.
By far the best bubble eva! I drank a lot of Boba in Manhattan/Chinatown and it often tastes too sweet, artifical, and also like dried milk (bleh). This place has the most delicious flavors and jellies, and their "Stache" whether unique to this place or not, is absolute delight and departure from boring life. Imagine sipping sweet, sweet layers of boba and jelly and jasmine, and then getting a lick of whipped sea salt foam (kind of like very salty cheesy whipped cream). So long Tea Boss, until I come back...
Delicious! And the guys who work there are always so polite, especially at the Waikiki location. Oreo matcha is my fav.
handsdown best tasting and qaulity milk tea on the island. all there stuff taste good.
