A nice fine dining experience at a reasonable price for fine dining. The chocolate lava cake is not to be missed! We sat at the chefs table and were served several great dishes — an abalone gnocchi, a coconut/charcoal sous-vide shrimp, and sea bass. I recommend skipping the cheaper wine pairing. None of the wines were particularly memorable. The maitre d was excellent. However, our main server, while extremely nice wasn’t well informed about the dishes or the wines.

Everything was outstanding from the moment we stepped into Paris. Hawaii. Service was excellent. We sat at the Chef's Table. The first palette cleanser was to die for. Hawaiian espresso. Oh my, kind of like an espresso soup. Yes, interesting sounding, but works so well together. (You have your choice of wine pairings, or for us non- drinkers, tea pairings, if you so choose. The tea pairing was a very nice surprise. Definitely worth the try. Healthy and surprisingly very earthy and delicious. ) Next came garlic shrimp, then the tako dish, Opah, Maui onion soup, chicken, and last of the main courses, the Big Island Beef dish ❤. I love, love the gastronomical adventure that they presented. The menu changes every few months. The service was like clockwork, perfect. The Chefs Table afforded us the view of every single dish prepared. I can keep on gushing about the food, but it will not do it justice. So I will leave it be. Oh, ...just one last thing. The last tea pairing was a chocolate ( infused?) tea. This, I can just smell all day. The scent was heavenly to say the least. I don't even need to taste it and I'd be happy. Overall, the farm to table concept definitely works here.

Quite a fine dining experience in Waikiki. Prix fixe menu is creative and delicious featuring mostly locally sourced product. Recommend sitting at the counter for the full experience. Service was attentive and friendly. A must for the foodie on Oahu.

Some of the best food we've had in Hawaii and excellent service as well! I didn't really like how they charged $6 per person for water and a 20% mandatory service charge. And then encourage you to leave even more tip after that. I would go back for the food and lovely ambience yes. But would encourage management to reconsider their pricing schemes. We spent over $400 for dinner for 2, drinks/wine and the service charges.

Very good. Chef is Japanese but studied french cuisine in France. Fusion cuisine. Love the sake pairing.

Innovative and fun dinner. We sat at the chefs table - set dinner was $95 per person. Wait staff were nice, some superb but some lacking in training. Don’t miss the lava cake - a theatrical experience and interesting to taste.

Had a wonderful meal here. Sat at the chef's counter. This place has a great vibe. It's beautiful inside but not stuffy and fancy. I have not spent a lot of time in Honolulu, but this was the best food I've had there and some of the best food I've ever had. I thought the price for the tasting menu was very reasonable as the food was wonderful. It was great to watch the chefs work and prepare the food. Great experience. The servers were awesome as well, very knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy what they do, which is refreshing. Such a great place to escape the busy streets of Waikiki. If you are visiting, you really must try it. Wonderful.

Best food I had in Hawaii. This was the only restaurant that was "good" in Hawaii even outside Hawaii standards. The sea bass with finger lime was great and the lamb add-on dish was really good although I don't enjoy meat usually. Lava cake was also very good although I don't enjoy chocolate normally. Very satisfied!

Hey foodies!! Paris Hawaii has amazing food and presentation. The service staff is so great! I really appreciated the care and attention to detail from everyone - from constantly filling up my water, to changing out my dirty flatware after each course. Highly recommended as the the best food in Hawaii!
