This is the place to be, but the one in ala moana mall is a bit better.
Update: came here again with the fam and got the usual and it's still the same. I dont know but it's just me that the ala moana is still tastier. Hard to find parking if your just here for the food.
Found this place by walking. It’s not an easy find as the store is tucked inside the corner of a building. Food combos are all under $20 and offer a variety of beef, chicken, and loco moco. Very few seatings which explains why everything is made “to go”.

I think it was reasonably priced plates for Waikiki. I got the ultimate combo which included BBQ Chicken, Steak and Garlic Shrimp. The garlic shrimp wasnt anything special (meaning plain lol) but at least the shrimp wasnt overcook. The steak is good with the Asian sauce but I really like the chicken. Had a really good flavor to it. Past on the potato salad...it was just yuck for me.
Super yummy and the steak was really juicy. A great place to have plate lunches
the steak is excellent. The price is reasonable. I'll surely go back and eat again. To be frank, I don't mind eating it all day.
Had the Loco Moco and it was awesome. I've had it else where, but having it here was the best. Would def have it again from here.

Tried this place out after late flight. Wife had the prawns and I had the steak. Pretty good overall. The steak was cooked just right and the garlic prawns were tasty. Good amount of rice and nice little salad for digestion. I probably not head there before close cause they just give you what they have leftover. It was still good though.
Came across this place while looking for food.
Bought an ultimate combo (with medium soft drink) for $15.99.....upgraded fried rice to $17.26 total.
Rice, steak and beef chunks was tasty, chicken was a little overcooked......prawn were not too fresh.
Overall would still rate decent and value for money.
THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! Total hidden gem, the steak was so smooth and tender and had lots of flavour on the grilled edges. The Teriyaki Sauce with a little bit of the chilli sauce mixed into it (which was recommended to me) was the best sauce I've ever eaten with steak! The garlic butter was also delicious. The service was so welcoming and friendly too, great people. If I was served this steak in a high class restaurant I would happily pay a lot of money. I just wish I found this place sooner in my trip to Hawaii, so much better than most places in Oahu. Thank you so much, absolutely amazing food!
