I ate here around 930pm and I was curious to see how it holds up compared to Oahu’s BK’s(I gave up on them). The place was empty(same as Oahu lol) but it looks new and was super clean-and cold! Lol
Because it was so empty the workers were playing a game-shooting trash in the trash can 🤣 as soon as they saw my car lights they scrambled back behind the counter-I was cracking up.
Service was good and quick (there was only one other party), and the food was good-especially the onion rings (crispy!). The patty in my rodeo burger looked flat and dry but the bbq sauce took care of it.
This was the best BK experience I’ve had in Hawaii. Oh and the teenage workers with their audible conversations was crack up lol
This is what a Burger King should be, clean, fast, friendly, and comfortable. Great staff who took care of us and food was even bagged well which I think says something, I mean it is fast food. The wild chickens outside obviously didn't know what was going on inside though as they were very tame and came right up to us.
The keep their fry oil so clean!!! The fries and nuggets are absolutely amazing!!! You should definitely try them out...
We visited this Burger King at 5:30pm of April 17th. We ordered a #6 meal and chatted with the cashier, a beautiful and friendly young woman with a nose ring who appeared to be in high school or college. She not only helped us with our order but also complimented my wife's hair, which we appreciated. During our conversation, we learned that she originally lived in Washington and moved here with her mother because of work. We also talked about other things. Maybe it's a small thing for you, but your story has influenced us in many ways. We want to express our thanks to you from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you so much.
Everything about Burger King is good. Love their food love their service love their atmosphere. But if you're going to give people paper straws.... May we please have at least 2 per cup, they melt before you finish your drink.
I love Hilo Burger King by Home Depot. I go there when I come to Hilo from Volcano. They are the best and tastiest and fair priced for my budget. And easy in and out no traffic to deal with. Mahalo Burger King.
Really liked the service and the food. Only disappointment was the app. App promised a $4 meal that was usable in Hawaii, but when I tried to redeem it, they said the code didn't work. They should have still honored it.
Used coupons from the mail and fed 3 adults, 2 almost 12-yr-olds, and a 6-yr-old with food to spare for $30. Not bad. The only critique is their fries were too salty.
Great place to come for a healthy breakfast or dinner or even lunch as well very laid back atmosphere.
Good food with fair price and unlike the Hilo and Keaau McDonalds they give free water when asked. Staff very friendly. They allow you to move the tables and chairs. The parking lot has two ways in and out and usually has room to park. Drive through doesn't block street. A lot of locals frequent the place and it has a very friendly atmosphere. 😎🍔🗑
