Usually have a good experience here. Don't wait long before I'm being help. Honestly sometimes I just come for the cookies! Which is why I give 4 instead of 5, because sometimes the cookies are burnt and/or old and hard. Also when they don't have any and I ask for them to make me some, I don't mind waiting, they refuse to do so. Other locations always do it for me. 🤷🏻‍♀️

After my horrible experience at the Russell and boulder location i was skeptical of subway but the staff at this location was amazing. They were apologetic about my other store experience and were fast to fix the issue even though it was not their problem. Food was tasty and fast.
