I was very impressed with the drive thru person. She knew the menu like the back of her hand. Very good multitasker! Food was amazingly fresh and good

We just had a very delightful dining experience at this El Pollo Loco, not because of the food, which was very good but because of Emma, the young lady that took our order. She was funny and smart and really seemed concerned that we enjoy our meal. She even stopped by our table and asked if everything was okay, we were very impressed !!

I am a new to El Pollo Loco, I was very pleasantly suprised with the menu and the grilled chicken. For a "fast food" restaurant... I was impressed with the food, the staff, and the cleanliness of the location. My only complaint was that I felt 2 tortillas was not enough for the 3 peice meal I ordered. Maybe I will order extra tortillas next time.
