Mark the manager always has a warm inviting attitude that is seen throughout all of his staff and including the newest gentleman, Rob who was recently hired about a week ago.
If you're a fan of Mexican food and want that true Baja taste you have to check out Rubio's and if you're supposed to pick Lee in Henderson check out this location which is right next door to Starbucks.
My FAVORITE place since moving to Henderson! I love the chicken California bowl.
The food was GREAT! Fresh and served quickly. There are plenty of options on the menu and they were accomodating with dietary changes!

My family comes to Rubio’s at least 3 times a week as we are vegetarian and love bean burritos as well as the easy to go ordering option making it an easy stop as I take kids to their after school activities getting separate orders makes it simple to hand each off with their own bag. I recently started going to the greenvalley location as the eastern one started giving me trouble and I am so grateful that when I request the maximum salsa which is 6 they actually follow through rams read the order and fill it perfectly this really is essential on the entire experience for me as I really only want the burrito as a shovel to eat salsa.
Friendly service! Fresh tasting food with four housemade salsas to choose from on the side. Also two housemade hot sauces! If you dine in, you get real silverware and plates which is a nice touch. Good value for the money and good tasting!
Rubio's a like, a step above junk food. It's like the fish taco's I used to eat iat the restaurants near the condo I rented on the beach in Tijuana. Okay it's a bit more standardized and franchised but that's what Americans find most comfortable. We want to have a good idea of what a fish taco will taste like, before we order one. The food is good, it's consistent and it's just what the doctor ordered when you're in the mood for Mexican Baja!
My order was quick, accurate and vegan. Plus, I didn't need to wear a mask!! 😃👍
Great food and clean place to eat.. I highly recommend the steak quesadilla so good!
