Craft kitchen… Chef Adam Cioffi makes this a must stop for breakfast or lunch when you are in Las Vegas… The best food, the best ingredients and the best service… Make sure that you check it out!

We've been staying at Red Rock resort for over a decade so when we heard their former pastry chef opened this place in Henderson ( we also stay at Green Valley Ranch) we had to give it a try...amazing! Day 1 we had the salmon on a pretzel roll ( best lox I've had anywhere) and the egg white omelette with housemade turkey sausage (protein fix) was very tasty being healthy...we were so happy with the food, atmosphere and excellent service we returned a second morning and had the red velvet pancakes and the amazing brûlée oatmeal...we live in Cali so we took some pastries to go to share with our family on our way out of town...highly recommend!
