This place is GREAT!
With all the good restaurants in the area, we never had to leave the resort had three great meals here never eating the same thing twice.
Chef Brad is awesome and the staff - Jes, Tara, Tyler and Will - are the best!
This place was really great. The view from inside and outside are spectacular. The food is very fresh and the quality of ingredients is top-tier. The preparation and presentation was 10/10. The service was prompt and courteous. The staff worked well together and had good energy and a great vibe overall. Drinks were cold and refreshing. I will return every time I visit this are and recommend to anyone I know headed this way. Well done, great job and thanks for the great experience.
This tapas restaurant was absolutely fabulous in all regards. First off, it’s located right in the beach and has free valet parking. Then there’s the super chic and comfortable atmosphere. You can eat inside or outside. On nice nights, there are fire pits to cozy around outside. And the food….well, the food was simply amazing with its “high end” presentation and unbeatable flavors. The menu had options for everybody. I highly recommend the octopus!
Great time dining after sundown on their deck. Candlelight tables, fire pits, great service. We enjoyed the shrimp, braised octopus with chorizo (odd but yummy combo), and lamb lollipops drizzled with an amazing rosemary chimichurri sauce. Our server Will was delightful. Would definitely go again!
We saw great reviews so we went to try it, and we agree! Had the yellowfin tuna, shrimp, and filet minion (8 oz). Everything was prepared perfectly. The bar also makes some amazing cocktails. Our favorite were the margaritas and Perfect Manhattan.

What an awesome place to eat and visit! We came to Gulf Shores for vacation from Michigan and found ourselves at Perch! We enjoyed an incredible view from the patio where we could see Dolphins and white sand beaches. Our waiter Chris was so great! He steered us toward the garlic shrimp, which was awesome! My husband had the filet mignon and it was fork tender and to die for! Fresh catch was swordfish and was simply the best fish we’ve ever had. Tropical Torte with 🥭 mango and pineapple was a great finish with an espresso martini. Back to our waiter, Chris was a wonderful surprise! He was so professional and knowledgeable and had such a pleasant personality.. (what a nice change to what we’ve experienced lately in the world.) We can’t say enough about the experience he gave us other than it was so great that I’m sending my friends from Michigan in next week, a group of 7 ladies, to request him and enjoy the amazing food and wine! Thank you Perch and thank you Chris! See you next year!

If you like tapas and great views this place is for you. Scallops were wonderful, lamb lollipops were delicious, and the cheese board was stupendous. You can sit outside and enjoy the fantastic view around the fire pit while drinking beachy cocktails. Valet parking is validated.
We were recently married at Perch and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect day! Summer and her team made the planning so easy and the day of so special for us. We appreciated all the recommendations she made and feel all our vendors came together perfectly! We chose to have our ceremony on the covered patio followed by an incredible brunch created by Executive Chef James (who met with us prior to the event and made wonderful suggestions). The inhouse pastry chef made a beautiful, delicious cake for us as well. We received so many compliments on the space and the food! We 100% recommend Perch and the Gulf State Park Lodge for your special day!
