The best part of the meal right here. These oysters were delicious and fresh. The service was very good. I also had a shrimp Po' Boy that was good but needed more dressing/sauce. The fries were just okay. Overall worth a visit!
Another good choice if you’re in Gulf Shores. The service was good and the food was on par with similar paces in the area. Worth a stop if you’re n the mood for seafood or a laid back place to eat.

This my second or third trip to the Shrimp Basket and I can say the food and service are consistently very good. I’m going for the no frills shrimp and fries approach and this definitely hits the spot.
We were seated immediately, our server interacted with us within a couple of minutes and our food was out in under 10 minutes. Everything was hot and tasty - great job!
Our seever, Taseia, was fantastic! She was prompt, helpful and great with our kids. She even brought them a special drink! The food was amazing too. We had popcorn shrimp, blackened red fish and steamed shrimp. Everything was delicious!
Delicious shrimp po boy and ice cold beer! For sure pay the extra $6 for loaded shrimp, worth every penny. Really enjoyed my lunch chatting with Keith behind the bar. Thanks!
The shrimp was cooked PERFECTLY and I’m very picky. Everything tasted great and our waitress Sarah was very nice and had a great personality! 10/10 definitely recommend and the fried green tomatoes were sooooo gooodddd
Fresh shrimp and fish! So good you must try if you are a true seafood fan! Key lime pie was also spot on. Great sweet tea and ranch as well. Love this place!
