Always great hamburgers, but this specific location often has personnel issues. It would seems many working there cannot handle the stress of a dinner or lunch rush. Several times I have ordered with the app and when I go to pick it up, after giving them my name, the order will have been completed, but sitting there getting cold. I think a little more training would benefit the overall customer experience.

The avocado bacon burger was delicious!! There was quite a line at the drive thru but it moved quickly. I experienced no problems whatsoever, just delicious food :) Definitely recommend!!

I waited literally 22 minutes in line. When I pulled up to the window they didn't open it, glanced at me, then didn't interact with me for 12 minutes. (Granted they did have a long line). The only person I saw moving around was the polite black man (I don't know his name) who made and gave me my food which was nice and warm.
