This place may not be fancy, but the pizza is spectacular. The prices are cheap but the food is great. The sauce is slightly tangy and the dough is thin enough so it's foldable. I always go with a plain cheese pizza because the simplicity works with their pizza. The environment may not be the most trendy, but it really is your classic NY slice so you don't notice. Highly recommend!
The food is good, the pretty young brunette there is better. The pepperoni could be better however. I usually enjoy pepperoni Pizza, I tend to avoid it from this place. It adds too much extra grease that soaks into the cheese.

DELICIOUS!. I created an account on UrbanSpoon just so I could comment on Pizza City. Anyone with any negativity is plain wrong. The pizza is absolutely fresh and so tasty, the subs are amazing and their homemade fries are something momma would make, if she made french fries. The service is fast, friendly and technologically advanced (I recommend calling your order in ahead of time for a quick pick-up on the weekdays). The amount of folks and the quantity of vehicles in the parking lot speak volumes to the amount of business and how good they are during the week! TRY IT - YUM, YUM!!!
I got the large pepperoni pizza and got a good amount of food for my money. The taste was incredible... seriously one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Will be ordering from here again.
Good Pizza. Just moved to Greenville from CT. We are used to an abundance very good pizza places. This is the 4th pizza place we've tried in Greenville. So far it's our favorite. We've gotten pizza twice and both times it was good. Chicken parm & meatball parm are good too.
Not sure who stole what and don't care. Why would I since we are eating the food not the gossip?
Pizza is very good and had half pepperoni and half sausage and green peppers. To me, it's the best in Greenville and they will deliver across town if your order meets ther minimum delivery amount.

A +++. BEST pizza in town! Subs and wings are amazing too! Very reasonable prices...especially the lunch special..2 huge pieces of pizza and a drink for under $5! Eclectic/artsy atmosphere and cant beat the beer prices! Staff is very friendly..would recommend this place to EVERYONE!
Good neighborhood pizza place. Not as good as Torrelli's up by Furman, but good traditional New York hand tossed crust. Good sauce, consistent quality. This place was my favorite until Torrelli's opened.
10 out of 10!! Came here and got their lunch special. 2 slices and drink for $7.50. Their pizza was perfect, exactly what I was craving. Definitely my new favorite pizza place.
***I had to go eat at Pizza City ASAP bc I was craving their pizza again. The second time was even better. And they surprised us with an order of fried mushrooms on the house! Everything came out hot and delicious once again, and staff was so nice 😊***
Pizza City is an old school pizza joint. I always get the 2 slice special when I go for lunch and it's always fresh and delicious. I've heard the cheesesteaks are great too, so I'll have to try one soon. If you're in the area you should definitely stop in and give them a try.
This is my favorite pizza place. Todarro’s is also excellent. I’ve been going to Pizza City since I was a little kid, and it has always been the same delicious food, and the same as the previous owners. Good prices and friendly staff.
Update 9-24-2021: the prices have gone up considerably, and they have added a processing fee for using cards. New menu with current prices uploaded.

Solid pizza here. They used canned mushrooms but I’m not going to knock it cause the sauce cheese n crispy made up for it

I love their lunch special. The two slices that you get are huge. See photo. The pizza sauce is very good and the slices could use a bit more cheese. But, that’s just me. Staff is very friendly, but they wear a mask. Is this because they might have a disease? Really good parking. However during busy times it’s almost impossible to get back into traffic. A good location can cut both ways.
Great place to pop in and get a NY hand tossed slice of pizza. Would like to try their other offerings. Their salad could be better. Currently it is shredded lettuce. But really, do you go there for a salad? Nah.
This place was the best. I'm not from Greenville I'm from Charleston WV and it reminded me of a pizza place called Grazianos pizza back home. When you step into the place you are greeted and the display is full of so many options. The staff was very nice and the taste of the food is 💯. Please visit and enjoy.
