Just got hone from eating supper here and it started off bad at first. I only say this because you were out of turkey and pintos both of which my fiance wanted. Well we both placed our order and I ordered chicken fried chicken. When she brought our plates his pot roast looked delicious. My chicken fried chicken was not chicken but country fried steak. She apologized up and down I told her it was fine I liked both I would eat it, no big deal. Which it wasn't. Well she comes back and tells me she has talked to the manager and he took my plate off the bill. Completely uncalled for but I was very appreciative. Our waitress Kim did an amazing job. Our teas never were empty she was friendly and one of the best servers I've encountered in a long time. Way to go Kim and Cracker Barrel.
We had dinner tonight to celebrate my birthday and our experience was the best one I’ve ever received at a Cracker Barrel. Our servers was named Ashmand and he provided A+ services the entire time! I will definitely be visiting again and requesting him as a server if possible!!
First time at Cracker Barrel..I had a hard time choosing because of the many different choices on their menu. But, I finally chose the Maple Bacon Grilled Chicken with baby carrots and hashbrown casserole. ($10.49 plus tax) See the picture. Customer service is on point. I will definitely go back again.
Well, we went back again today and we got the Cheeseburger Plate and Chicken Fried Chicken Plate (see pictures)....needless to say, they were delicious!! I even have leftovers for my supper tomorrow.
Best pancakes I've had in a while. Service was great and super friendly staff. Coming from Hawaii, a $50.00 meal for 4 adults was appreciated.
The service was excellent. The food was made quickly and delicious. The country chicken salad was good. The cheeseburger was served with home fries and was cooked to order. We enjoyed our visit. Did you know you can scan the QR code on your receipt to pay for your meal when you are done? Wow, what a convenience.
Out of all the places I could have eaten for Father's Day, I chose the Cracker Barrel! As always I loved the friendly staff as well as the fast delivery of a very hot meal! The food was delicious of course and the waitress kept our drinks overflowing without question! After dinner my legal girlfriend (wife) and I perused the restaurant for about 30 minutes looking for other things that we could purchase. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an awesome dining experience with friendly staff as well as some of the best food in the restaurant chain!
I called in my order, and it was ready when I got there. My son of Course Couldn't wait as I meandered through the country store, so he went to the truck and started eating. He had tried their smokey tenders and said the taste didn't sit well on his pallet. An employee asked if we wanted to talk to a manager. So I was thinking what's the point my son ate his meal except for the chicken, but we decided to talk to the manager on duty. After explaining what happened, she offered another fresh batch or something different. He opted for grilled chicken . Which was hot fresh and fast. We normally don't get the chance to eat out much lately and this was the 1st time in a while that we were able to get Cracker Barrel. The experience was a positive one and my Son realized it as well. Thank You So Much To The Staff At the South elm Eugene Cracker Barrel. You Made our Hearts & Tummies Happy!
Our waitress, Pauline was wonderful. But they were or of several items. Which we found out 15 minutes after we ordered or as the meal was delivered. Then they began cleaning for the night, removing salt & pepper, etc, 30 minutes before closing. Had to wait for the cashier who was talking to the greater before paying. Not up to their usual standards. Must have been on off night.
Second time ever eating here. My husband and I played the little game that’s on the table. We enjoyed it so much we purchased one. The food was scrumptious. I got a loaded sweet potato yum! They also have some really jazzy gift ideas in the store part of the restaurant. Lastly, I was surprised that they sell alcohol. Great way to end the night.
