Me and my mother dropped through coming from Virginia yesterday and we got a cheeseburger, fries, and cheese steak and I must say the food was excellent and so was the service, also very clean environment loved it. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends
This place is awesome! We moved down to NC a couple years ago from MA. We missed good cheesesteaks and Monks appeared out of the clouds as if a sign to say "we have your cheesesteaks, come to us", so we did and haven't stopped. Monks is our default go-to dinner option.
The food is always consistently delicious. We typically get the cheesesteaks and fries, though the onion rings are pretty spot on as well. I recently decided I needed some veggies in my life and went for the grilled chicken salad. The chicken was perfectly cooked, and I think marinaded in something (though I am sure you won't tell us the secret recipe) and the veggies were super fresh.
Last but certainly not least, the staff here is so welcoming and friendly. Every time I come, I enjoy my visit and conversation with Tito and Javi. It is a family owned business and it feels like everyone that goes in is treated like we are part of the big and growing family.
First visit we ordered online and we used the pickup window they have which is very convenient. The young gentleman was super friendly when he came to the window and actually interacted with you. It was a great first experience which will keep us coming back! The service and food was awesome!
Delicious cheesesteak and cheeseburgers! I called my order in and the gentleman (who I believe is the owner) was extremely helpful and courteous. He informed me that they only offer 1/4 pound burgers but you'd never know! It looked bigger and definitely filled me up. My hubby gave me a bite of his cheesesteak and it was delicious! The onions melted in my mouth and they even offer a style with BBQ sauce! 😋. Chicken wings are awesome too! Full of flavor and generous size! We will definitely be back!
Order the Chicken Philly and Cheese Fries, both were great!! Best Chicken Philly in Greensboro. A little messy pulling it out the bag as there was cheese from the Philly on about a 1/4 of the cheesesteak wrapper. But hey, it’s a cheesesteak, it’s suppose to be cheesy and messy!!! The guy who greeted me at the pick up window was very friendly and had great customer service!! Will definitely be eating here again and recommending to some friends.
Delicious cheesesteaks and burgers. We’ve been a couple of times and have liked everything we have tried. I generally don’t order cheesesteaks in the south because they can’t compare to one you’d get in Philly. These guys clearly know what are they doing. My only feedback would be that offered a unseasoned fry option.
Stopped by here last week and absolutely loved it. Best wings I've ever had and the cheeseburger was amazing as well. Place is super clean and the employees are awesome. I'll definitely be back!!
