I had a Spirit Night at Chick Fil A and the staff was very accommodating to my guests and I. The food was fresh, hot, and the service couldn't have been better. Our drinks were never empty and we had everything that we needed for our meals. Our orders were taken in a timely manner and we received our food quickly. Great night at Chick Fil A!
I had a fantastic first Chick-fil-A experience for my 9 month old today! The manager took our order and walked us to our table with a highchair, wet wipe, disposable placemat and our food. One of the other workers gave her a cow before we left. Made our day!
This is the EASIEST PROCESS EVER!!!
I used the app to order $55 worth of food for my hubby and his coworkers. I sat on my couch and accurately inputted the order. I left my home and drove to this Chick-fil-A location and when I arrived I clicked “I’m Here”. I walked inside and waited 4 minutes. She handed me my order and I was on my way.
It was the most effective and efficient method I have ever been apart of. 5 STARS!!!! Out of the world EASY!!!
Plus who doesn’t love Chick-fil-A!!! Chicken sandwiches are to die for!! Sauce; I’m in heaven

Great customer service by shift leader and young man who filled pop when we ordered. Refills we stood and got starred at ??? But the shift leader came through !!! She knows how to take care of customers. There were several standing behind counter not sure their job but a refill should be an easy train. Food was good. Sho

The other day I was doing some door dash and began to feel light headed while waiting for my order. As I was trying to get to my car with my order in my hand I passed out for a few seconds. I dropped both drinks and food on the concrete, scraped up my arm and everything. I was super embarrassed, I tried to get up really fast and get to my car. The cashier ran out to check on me, offered to make me new drinks for my order and asked if I needed water or anything. The manager came out quickly after with orange juice and a sandwich for me. They made sure I was good and suggested I hang out there until I felt okay to drive again.
I say all this to say, Chic Fil A's customer service is amazing. I wish I had gotten the names of the employees who helped me but I was so light headed everything was a blur. I will forever remember you two. Thank ya'll!
