Great food and great service... was in there last night 3/29/2018 to celebrate my birthday belated. Went with my son and daughter in law and grandson, plus my daughter. (Who btw black.) Had great food and excellent service I like going on Thursdays for their 1.50 margaritas which are yummy. Never had bad food or service there. Once a friend (also black) went there stayed pass closing time never did they once ask us to leave or was inpatient with as we didn't realize they had closed boy were we embarrassed. Have never experienced racism here at all.
Everyone is always so friendly. They seem so happy to have you there. I have always been greeted by each employee. The food is delicious. I always get a lean 6 ounce sirloin well done. It always has a nice seer and is so tender. The green beans are low in calorie but so flavorful. The house salad with italian dressing so good chilled fresh and crisp.
Texas Roadhouse is MY FAVORITE place to enjoy a steak, the Hostesses sat me and were very cordial.
Ashley waited on me and she was very attentive & knowledgeable. She checked in often with me.
The manager lady checked on me after I was served my steak and she was very nice.
This place is my go to for great food & service. ✨✨✨✨
The food was good but a bit overcooked. The portions were good but seemed a bit less on some dishes than some comparable restaurants, but you can make up for that with the delicious rolls they provide! The booth seating was comfortable and the restaurant was decorated well. It was a bit loud though. Pricing seemed pretty fair and they had some limited time window value options that could be great for value dinning, I did not try them though.
Being seated was slow even though the restaurant was pretty much empty. Then they placed us somewhere with not enough seats. Had to ask for another chair and plate etc. The food was a wait and two of the steaks were not cooked how it was ordered. But they did a good job with refilling drinks, checking on us, and getting us the bill/paying etc.
Overall mostly satisfied with the food, especially the delicious rolls, not crazy about the organization and operations but it all worked out and we enjoyed our meals.
First time here at this location. Everything was okay, food was of high quality, prices were fair. Service was decent, however we seemed to draw the short straw and get a relatively new waitress. She was pleasant enough, just forgot stuff more often them not. Overall a decent experience.
Although I’m a foodie and love great dining. Sometimes a chain, not fancy place is a good standby. Texas Roadhouse is our go-to for reliability, the staff at this location is always friendly and does an excellent job. The food is consistent and today’s food came out super hot and fresh.
Always a treat to eat here. Just have to decide what I'm in the mood for. LoL!
The food is great. However, the steak (Grandville location) could use a little more seasoning when compared to other Texas Roadhouse's we have been to. This restaurant, in particular, seems to undercook their steak quite often as this is the second time that both me and the husband have ordered medium rare and medium and have been given rare and medium rare stakes. Despite this, the service is always wonderful and friendly, and management even checks in to make sure things are going well no matter how busy they are.
Our waitress was awesome. She checked on us often to see if all was good. She was friendly and always smiling, and very helpful when it came to the checkout.
We had a great visit to Teas Roadhouse. For most us it was our first time at one of these restaurants. I'm pretty sure we'll be back!
The rolls are great, drinks refilled quickly and the food really good. We started with drinks and their Cactus Bloom appetizer. Our party had ribs, streaks, salads and a burger. More than enough portions so it will be good to eat later!
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The only troubling part of the visit was a 20 some year old at a nearby both who was choking. His dad possibly was quick administering to him. He appeared fine afterward but a good reminder to eat slowly and not take too large of bites!
Wait staff seemed a little busy at first but then seemed more personable after we ordered. The food was good, especially the cactus blossom. My husband liked the surf and turf, my salad was huge and tasty. We both love the cinnamon butter and took home 6 rolls and butter to enjoy at home. Overall a very good experience.
Ate at Texas Roadhouse in Labor Day. VERY busy shortly before 5:00.
Only waited about 10 minutes. Hayden(sp?) was an excellent server! Warm, friendly, attentive to drink refills. Food came quickly. Pulled pork dinner is a LOT of food. My husband's steak (plus mushrooms) was very good!
It was a hot, sunny holiday and servers had great attitudes.
