I quit going to Qdoba over a year ago. My boy requested we go so he could get the #glutenfree Burrito Bowl. I saw his made and opted for the same. I was impressed and believe I may rekindle my relationship with Qdoba.
Charles was incredible and efficacious when making our food. He basically does the work of multiple employees especially considering they’re short staffed. They’re lucky to have him for the holiday season particularly. He was knowledgeable about the food for dietary restrictions and accommodated our requests for a few items on the side. So grateful to have our night brightened by someone who cares. Hopefully qdoba can better staff this location or at least give Charles a well deserved raise. Ivonte was lovely as well. Thanks again Charles! -Janelle and Spencer
It was about 6:00p on a busy Saturday evening. The line was moving slowly but surely. When it was my time to order, the employee who helped me, Shay, was incredible. Despite the crowd and various reasons to be under stress, Shay was thorough, very polite and accommodating. Thank you Shay!
My family and I ate dinner here on Saturday night. Staff was welcoming and answered our questions. The food was made exactly how we wanted it and didn’t take long. Nick, the manager, was fun to talk to and made us laugh. His hospitality was very much appreciated and won’t be forgotten. We will definitely be back. Qdoba is one of our new favorite restaurants because they serve real food how you want it and the prices are reasonable.
Our family loves Qdoba! Quick & affordable fresh dinner option. This location is more updated & modern, and it has fun seating arrangement options inside including a round table, a tall, long table with barstools and plugs along it for charging while eating, and booths. Around a corner is even a spot with comfy chairs.
Great upbeat place to meet friends for a quick bite. —>TIP: My husband and I order a “Craft Two” here (smaller portions of entrees), though it’s no longer on the menu, and it’s plenty for us to share, especially now that there is free guacamole —> Only downside: staff are somewhat variable in terms of how friendly, professional, and generous they are with serving sizes. Mostly positive, but a few have the disinterested look like they’d rather be anywhere else, and give skimpy portions.
UPDATE: a new manager has come over to help the store perform better. He was very congenial & helpful. Kudos to him!
Great staff, super friendly and made great conversation. Ingredients were fresh, restaurant is clean, and service is excellent. Patio is really nice. Got my food fast and my order was exactly what I wanted. Definitely my favorite Qdoba location, no competition!!
Good food. Has definitely gotten pretty expensive. $20 for a chicken burrito w/o extras. Chips w/ small guacamole and a small fountain pop. Wasn't blown away but I wasn't disappointed.
I had a pretty funny experience, late night wanted qdoba and the kid ripped my burrito by accident and proceeded to panic then some dude in a hat came in all cocky and said “watch this” he proceeded to wrap my burrito and put some dip workpit into it but he forgot to rap it and then the kid said “teach me how to do that” I think the kid was a lot better but still bomb food, I tried not laughing because the dude in the hat is a comedian and he makes some good burritos
at first they said they had no hard shell tacos, then their manager stiped us in the way out and said she would make them fresh for us. big bonus. and tip. good eats
It was very busy the employees were awesome keeping up on order's and clean atmosphere.
Talinda!!! She's the best. I'm so thankful for her remaking my food that I stupidly dropped. Even when busy during peak lunch the staff were super friendly and helpful.
