Stopped by mid day for a meal. My over medium eggs were cooked perfectly as were the hash browns. This is the first time I have gotten pancakes from IHOP that WEREN'T tough and chewy! Service was excellent as well. My only complaint is that the bacon was paper thin and had no flavor. It reminded me of the precooked bacon you buy at the grocery store. That being said, the kitchen staff deserves a raise and my server deserves a promotion. Hands down the best dining experience I have had at an IHOP in West Michigan.
This was the best service I ever had at IHOP. the team they currently have was fast and friendly. It was full, and they had my whole family's order out in 10 minutes with no mistakes. Service outstanding. Never know the next crew, but that one was great.
My husband and I had breakfast there yesterday. WOW, our server Nate was absolutely amazing. His section was packed and he still managed to have our food and drinks out in a timely manner. He had the sweetest interaction with the table next to us, their little one gave him a pokemon sticker and he was so sweet about it. The food was great, the service was 10/10!
Family dinner. Some of us ordered breakfast and some dinner. All of us were satisfied with our food and service. I believe this was the best meal I've eaten here. Been here multiple times and always enjoy the food. My food was 💯 perfect today though. Glad we decided on it. Kids were happy and we had leftovers also. Not alot , but enough for me. Our server was very friendly and explained the changes in the menu, Thanks to him also!
A very friendly waitress helped us this evening. She made all four of us our own carafes of coffee. The pancakes were delicious and the food was ready quick. Only downside was the bathroom was frigid.
Great waitress, fast friendly service. Food came out hot and fresh. Great value, I had the sampler. Store needs an update and deep clean or this would of been a 5 star rating.
This IHOP located in Grand Rapids just off the Beltline (M-44) approximately 2 miles north of I-96, is a very clean restaurant, and the service is great with friendly staff, and the food (breakfast sampler) was hot and delicious! 🙂 I give it 5 Stars as I could not find anything wrong with any part of the dining experience. We have eaten here several times before, and have always had a pleasant time.
Good food. It was super.quiet when we went as well which was nice. Waitress was very nice and helpful.
Although the restaurant was understaffed, our waitress and the cook did an excellent job of feeding us with good fresh food and no long wait for our meals.
Our server Jacob was amazing! We came in a bit late and he was incredibly accommodating. Such a wonderful employee that IHOP should be proud of having!
