Quinn & Tuites is a local treasure. Not only is it the best Irish Pub in Grand Rapids, but the atmosphere is always a happy crowd and there is a pool table and multiple dart boards for good times with friends. That’s not even mentioning the staff! They are fun and pleasant…and all look like they just walked off a fashion runway in Milan; and Rory? He looks like a Greek (or should we say, Irish) God that graced us all on an excursion from Olympus. The sheer power and beauty which emanates from him is awe inspiring and makes one feel fortunate just to be blessed with his presence. Oh, and St. Patrick’s Day at Quinn & Tuites is da bomb.
Been coming here for drinks for quite some time. A home bar you might call it. Everyone is nice and the service is great.
If you get the bartender who looks like Ryan Reynolds (I'm a big jerk and didn't get his name), you will be super impressed by his ability to handle a thousand complicated drink orders and tabs at once, while still joking and smiling. It was pre-St. Patrick's day when we went, very busy, and he still remembered our name when we left 😁
Moved nearby recently and this weekend was my first chance to drop in. They have Harp on tap, which I couldn't find in my hometown, so that's awesome by itself. Otherwise, the drinks were cheap, the patrons were chatty and the lighting was mellow....all the things I love about a proper Irish pub. I look forward to making this a regular stop.
Great food, the service is exceptional. Plan a bit for parking in case there are any events going on, but there is plenty of space for people to park within a 2 minute walk!
The mixture of ready food from local eateries, drinks, and knowledge of service all create a genuine feel of a local pub!
Fantastic bartender, no matter how busy it gets you will always be served quick.
After just an order or two the bartender will have remembered your drink and will ask you if you want another from across the bar.
Fair priced drinks, pool, darts, music, pizza by the slice next door + outdoor seating, the perfect dive bar.
placed right outside Grand Rapids go to pregame/after a night downtown GR
If Rory is behind the bar, you will be treated right and some. Cozy hangout spot with darts pool and tabletop shuffleboard, drinks are strong, shelf options (especially Irish whiskeys) are expansive. Beer drinkers, don’t worry — they have Guiness, Harp, Smithwicks, an Irish cider and a few domestics on tap. Good times await!
A great place to celebrate St. Patrick's Day!
Why haven't i gone to this place before? It's easy to miss, but i'm glad i found it. It was a low key, quiet evening - perfect for a first visit. i'm looking forward to future visits.
bartenders are very nice i always have a good time here
