I didn't have any issues with my visit to this location. It wasn't super busy, there was plenty of comfortable seating available. Also, they had some good throwback tunes on the radio and it added nice background noise to my meeting, so I couldn't hear conversations across the room, but wasn't distracted by the music either. I get the ham and cheese everything bragel, and it's always delicious.
I really like this Biggby. The staff are always very nice and friendly. My drinks have always been well prepared and the service is fast. The only drawback of this store is the location. It's at the corner of Fuller and Michigan so traffic can be kind of rough in this area.
My go-to caffeine shop when I'm in that neighborhood. The great tasting drinks that you'd expect from Biggby, and the friendly service as well! I'm typically there in the evenings, so I've noticed a little fall-out right after the 5pm rush once in a while (a table or carpet that needs a little attention), but I'd expect that. The staff has always been helpful, friendly, and professional!
Was great, in and out fast. Told me about free shot in your drink on Friday's, which they didn't have to. Everyone had a smile on their face. So much better now that it's under new management. Thank You.

Love my coffee and caffeine! Wish it wasnt so pricey or had more coupons or a cheaper side menu similar to dollar menus. Ya know? Love the atmosphere as well! Very clean
One of my favorite Biggby locations in Grand Rapids. Easy on and off the highway. Close to downtown and ample parking too! Friendly staff and a spacious interior. Great place for off site meetings!
I don't drink coffee much but it seems like a nice area to social with people :) the place looks more awesome than Early bird, lol its also next door to Subway as well :)
I try to limit how much "fancy coffee" I drink because inevitably it is so delicious that I simply guzzle it down in no time. I'd go broke if I drank it as much as I wanted! BUT when I do want something fancy, Biggby Coffee is where I go. Anything with caramel or butterscotch makes me weak in the knees! 😉
I enjoy the brews and the place. I appreciate the regular barristas, but there is a fair amount of turnover at that pay rate, and I often see new faces behind the counter without enough experience quite yet.
Giving this place a 5 because everyone once in a while I hit them up and order like 6-8 coffee or lattes at like 8am on a Sunday. But they get me in and out with no fuss. Def good Bigby, they know what's up.
