All I can say is, I was very pleased with my visit to this Wendy’s. The young brotha manager was helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. As an older gentlemen, who looks younger, I was proud to see the young man doing his thing. My food was delicious and fresh. My burger was incorrect but it was a simple mistake and a hyper quick fix. He even comp me a trial frosty for the order error which was appreciated that I had to fist pound.

I sensed they may have been short staffed. The tables and floors were in process of being cleaned when we arrived. The staff were nice. It was lunch time, but they weren't busy... that was unusual.
Wendy’s is always hot juicy! I love the fact that they promote adoption! It’s not surprising since Dave Thomas himself with him adopted person I love Wendy’s, food, attitude, and atmosphere. I eat here as often as I can! I love their chili.
Dwight saved this from being a one star review. Our order got messed up and we were not given a fry with our meal. The cashier was going to bill us for another fry, which I felt was ridiculous since we paid for them. I went to purchase a second fry and Dwight came out and asked what we needed. Said fry’s. He went to the back and brought out a fresh hot French fry, with out charging us.
Owner, google Biob Farrell and the story of giving away the pickle. Dwight saved a client from writing a one star review and probably not coming back.

Went through the drive-thru to get my mom fries and a drink so I figured I would make a meal out of it...I was a little slow ordering but they were very patient with me. I really appreciated it! Very friendly window service and the food was hot and fresh! Thank you Knapps Corner Wendys Crew!!?
I ordered the by one large chili get one free special. The window waiter was pleasant. Food came quickly.
I was really impressed by this location. The customer service is amazing, everyone is super nice and very friendly! The atmosphere is great as well, in a nice neighborhood. However, I am knocking a star off for the food.
I have never had anything bad or my order messed up from them, and my order was neatly made (as you know, burgers can be messy!) However, the burger had no seasoning or flavor. All the items on the burger tasted pretty much the same. That was a minor disappointment, but nothing to get in a fuss over. The order was still coreect. I will definitely be back here!
Great service and food at this location. Was pleased to see they actually have people dinning inside. Was nice to see more tables being used than empty for a change.
