Lake Michigan Nutrition is a tea and shake shop that focuses on serving up healthy products full of nutrients!
If you’ve never been before, here’s how it works:
Step 1: Choose a tea or protein coffee. You also have a choice to get aloe in your tea which aids in digestive health and bloating!
Step 2: Choose a protein shake. Their shakes are packed with protein, fiber, and plenty of essential vitamins and nutrients!
I tried one of their tea bombs which is boosted with extra energy, B vitamins, and antioxidants! The ROY G BIV was the perfect tea with a lemon raspberry flavor! 🍋♥️
I wish I would have tried it sooner! I live close to Lake Michigan Nutrition and kept wanting to stop in. Today was the day.
When I walked in, I was instantly greeted by the kind young lady working the counter. Something about me made it obvious that I was a first timer, because she asked, "Is this your first time here?" She explained the menu, which is huge and overwhelming. She made it simple.
I ordered the Chocolate Covered Banana shake 🤤😋 and the Superman tea 🤤😋! They were both delicious. Superman Tea contains Lemon-Lime, Raspberry Tea, and Strawberry & Blueberry flavor... It was so good, it's going to make it difficult to try something new next time I go in!
I highly recommend. And the price was great considering I walked out with two drinks!
Lovely herbalife location! Tried the blue raspberry with cranberry tea and the peppermint oreo shake (seaonsal flavor). Very tasty combo! Staff was very friendly and helpful. $10 for the combo.
One of the best places I've been to in awhile good shakes and even better service If I could get 10 stars I would. And OMG the protein balls are to die for. And the Tee that I had this morning I believe it was called the love tee was 😋 Delicious A 100 out of a 100 fully recommend
I can't stop going here its so addictive lol The staff are so Real and down the Earth and very friendly Add the shakes and teas are out of this world and the coffee is the best. I wish I could write more than just one revie.
I feel like this a great establishment buut also I feel like the girl working there could have been a little more informative when I asked what type of drinks they serve(my first visit from a recommendation from a friend). She just said "We serve shakes." She didn't really mention the teas or go into detail on what type of shakes or how they're different from reg shakes, I had seen another customer come in and have a couple teas then I had asked about it. I didn't really mention this before because I didn't wanna be bothersome but anyway I'll still come back and continue to support because the owner was very nice when I talked to him and I think it's a great business regardless!
My little sis goes to college near by and recommended this place. My mother and I just left and we are highly satisfied! It is well worth the cost. The tea and shakes are fantastic and the service is awesome! Thanks again and hope to be back for Spring break.
Their shakes and teas taste great! Did not expect a great tasting drink from a nutrition place, but I was pleasantly surprised.
I LOVE LMN! The shakes and teas are always always so tasty and the customer service is always great as well! I could probably do this for lunch every single day and be happy forever. Lots of variety too. Highly recommend!
my first time going the employees were very nice and helped me choose a flavor out of the many many delicious sounding choices. i have been back several times since, i’m borderline addicted. great experience with very yummy drinks!
The place was super clean and smelled good which are the most important things in my opinion. The menu they have contains a lot of options for shakes and tea/coffee flavours. Victoria was amazing in helping me get what I needed by serving me samples of three different tea flavours. Thank you because my first time in the place was a nice experience even though I entered the LMN 5 minutes before closure.
