I went in skeptical but the food was a great surprise and so many choices. It was a nice surprise! I will be back again soon, it was very reasonable as well.
Good for the price.. I love the hibachi window. I would go just for that. The buffet itself is just "Eh...". Their salads and fresh fruits are good, as are some of their desserts, but most of the hot buffet foods are just nothing special. The sushi is honestly disappointing, but I didn't really expect otherwise. For the price it's a great deal, especially considering how much hibachi costs elsewhere.
It's pretty good but I prefer Ming Ten for this type of buffet. I like Ming Ten's sushi better. Ming Ten's clientele seems classier and less obese on average. The waist lines at the Hibachi approach that of the Golden Corral, which is not good. I guess people who dine on Belt Line have shorter belts.
If hou like to stuff your gullet,then this is the place for you! The hibachi is great and always stocked.
Great Value. We very much enjoy this restaurant. Staff is friendly and fast. We love the grill where you can pick just what you like, spice it to your own taste, and watch it being grilled. Good value especially with a coupon!
So far, so good.. This is the newest Chinese buffet in Grand Rapids. They have one of the largest selections I've seen in the area. The food always seems to be hot and reasonably fresh. They replentish the line frequently so you always seem to be able to find your favorite dishes rather than empty containers as has become popular in other buffets since the economy went south.
I've only eaten there a few times since it's relatively new but they seem to be extremely consistent. I see no use in commenting on specific dishes becaue what I like you'll hate and vice versa. I find no shortage of dishes that suit my liking.
Only time will tell if their performance remains the same once the novelty wears off and the crowds dwindle somewhat. As it stands right now I would rate this in my top five choices of Grand Rapids area Chinese buffets.

For an all you can eat Chinese style buffet, it was really good. The food was fresh, the sushi was made right there and kept coming out. You can fix your own plate to be grilled Hibachi style. Lunch prices were reasonable. The quality of the food wasn't amazing and wouldn't fly at a sit down fancy restaurant, but for mass produced food for a buffet, it was really good.
A lot of options, and opened on a Monday when all the other ones we checked were closed. Good service. Had to take a photo of the Sting beans.😉

Overall it was a good experience the food was good the only thing I didn't like was that they watched your every move as if you were gonna steal some food that you paid 85.00 dollars for and also left a 10.00 tip.. it felt really uncomfortable being watched while eating with your family.. the prices are a bit much than what they use to be but for the experience and the food it was good.. me and my family will back again sometime in the near future.
We go here a couple times a month. They have a big variety of food to choose from. Pepper chicken is our favorite though. The staff is good at clearing your plates and asking if you want refills on your drinks. They have a grill where you can put together what you want (meats,noodles,egg,peppers,onions,sauces..and so on) and they grill it up for you in a couple minutes. You can also get steak (up to 2 I believe). I'd recommend this place to anyone 😉.
Food is really good for a buffet. They always run out of crablegs on Sundays but not their fault (the 2 greedy people who take them all when they come out). Service is amazing! Restaurant is a bit overcrowded and bathrooms need work but they have soap so I am happy enough. 9/10 recommend!
Were in the neighborhood and at my wifes suggestion decided to have lunch here. A few american dishes but primarily asian. Pretty good. Decent price and staff were attentive and friendly.
Other than the covid situation it went fairly well. The good was pretty good and i actually enjoyed my food. I'm full and happy so job well done. I would imagine fully functioning they run at a high level.
We're becoming quite the regular attendees. They have such a great variety of foods. I love their fried chicken. And the sushi! So many varieties! The kids love it there. Even toddlers are talked to by the staff.
