Had a large group birthday party yesterday. Our host was great! Definitely worth the money. The kids get wrist bands for 2 hours, pizza, birthday bags, hats, and more. Clean location too!

Great safe place for the family!
We were greeted by Guadalupe who was very professional and excellent at her job! For entry you are required to take a group photo. This is so a child cannot leave without the adult who brought them in. I found this to be very impressive!
Cleanliness!
I couldn't believe how clean this place was! We were there for a total of four hours and the entire time staff was continually walking around disinfecting all of the games. Guadalupe actually apologized for cleaning a booth next to us. Yes you heard me, she apologized for cleaning! She was very professional, courteous, and attentive to our needs the entire time we were there. She is a great employee! Make her manager! 😉
Pricing
For a family of four. Children 8&5, We were satisfied with one medium pizza and one breadstick. The cost was $24.35
We then bought two 90 minute unlimited game cards for a total of $50. This was enough time to do all the games the kids wanted.
$75 for a great time and it was worth it 😁
Always a fun place to bring the kids!! The unlimited tokens per hour is the way to go and it makes for a fun time everytime!! Love their pizza and salad bar options. Chuck e. Cheese was there during our time and the kids enjoyed dancing and singing with him. Come here for a fun time!!

We were there to celebrate my son's birthday. We are from out of town, so we didn't have enough kids to invite for an official party even though that's all he asked for for his birthday. The staff was friendly and helpful in making his birthday special. We ordered their cake and were excited to find out that Chuck E delivers them personally even if you didn't schedule a party.
As far as play time, I was unsure about the unlimited option, but grew to love it quickly. We paid for 1.5 hrs and it was perfect. I didn't stress over them spending all of their tokens on just one thing. I didn't stress about them "wasting" tokens on something they probably wouldn't like. I was able to just let them go explore and have fun.
The worker at the prize counter was very patient. She also immediately rounded up. We were easily able to buy an additional prize for the birthday boy too.
If there was anything I didn't like, it was the small toddler moving skee-ball balls around, but I don't think that's so much about the business as it is about the parents that weren't supervising. But, it's nice to be somewhere that has the extra level of safety that I don't have to stand next to my child at all times. Instead of matching hand stamps, they now take a picture of the family together with your phone (or you can choose to just do a family selfie). So, the child has to be pictured with you at their entrance to leave with you.
The staff was very friendly and energetic with the kids and they were more than accommodating.
My 2 kids had fun at the birthday party they attended and the play cards were fairly easy to use for them.
The pizza was surprisingly good. The digital ticket system works well with the all you can play aspect.
Fun place for the kids! Definitely keeps them entertained. Lots of games and rides for the smaller kids. Yummy food! A bit pricey, but that is the price you pay for being able to get the kids out to do something where they can have just about as much fun as an amusement park, but while staying warm in the winter :)

Awesome time with the kids, they made some improvements and done a wonderful job with the upgrades. No more animatronics but a real chucky comes out and does a little show about every 30 mins or so with other little friends. The kids loved it they got to dance and hang out with the actors for pictures and things very fun. The pizza is excellent now they improved that as well!!!. Wer had one little hiccup that management corrected instantly. We bought one lunch buffet for 7 bucks at 2:07 problem is it ended at 2:00 the cashier never should have sold it to us. So needless to say after getting one plate of food they started to clean it up, realizing their mistake they gave us a free large deluxe pizza and a full dessert pizza on the house. Super great experience will go again soon! Thanks chucky lol
birthday party for our 6 year old grandson. they did all the work. we had all the fun! new improved menu is great! we plan to go back just for lunch sometime.
I decided to bring my kids here since they had been doing good in school with report cards filled with F+ which was better than their previous report card. The food tasted like food and the arcade games were fun. My kids were happy and I told them if they can get all F+ again I'll bring them back here. We also got a picture with Chucky which we will cherish forever.
