Went to celebrate a special event. Even though we were seated by windows on a cold night, it was very comfortable indoors. Service was friendly and efficient and everyone enjoyed their food.
It is a sports bar, so there are TVs pretty much everywhere. But at least where we were sitting, they did not prove to be too much of a distraction to good conversation.
We visited here on a Saturday late afternoon. Our service was great, fast and friendly. The food was perfect. I ordered the fish sandwich and it was cooked perfectly. The breading was very good. All of our food at our table was very good. Highly recommend stopping here if you're in the area. We were from out of town visiting family. We will definitely go back when we are in the area again.
Great indoor and outdoor seating. Nice fun environment. Lots of good food options. We meet here with a group of 9 of us. Kids love it. They have a Tuesday kids night special also and daily specials. Very good pizza. Good unique restaurant.

Update: Five of us from our local "Beer League" returned to Peppino's in Kentwood a few days ago. This time we had Keanna as our server and she was wonderful! She was most pleasant and very accommodating. Three of us had the Big Bang Shrimp and another had a pasta dish. Everything was half off during Happy Hour so we took advantage of that opportunity. The food was delicious and ambience on the back deck was delightful! We highly recommend this establishment. If you stop, I hope you have the pleasure of being served by either Keanna or Victoria. Both are outstanding!

Victoria, one of the trainers, was our server a few nights ago. We sat outside on the beautiful back patio and received outstanding service! The food was excellent and the special deals saved us a ton of money during happy hour! Most items on the Shareable menu were half-off as were the large 27oz draft beers! I highly recommend any of the Peppino's locations in the Grand Rapids area but this one, in particular, has a wonderful staff. My suggestion: Ask for Victoria!! She was great!
Came here based on posted reviews. I wasn't disappointed! Pizza was great! Service was excellent. Prices? Incredible! Tax is only like 3%! In Chicago is like 10... Definitely will be back next time I'm in Grand Rapids.
I had the Madalena Salad. I added the grilled salmon. It was done just right. Delicious and healthy for the win! I enjoyed the salad with oil and vinegar.
My friend got the happy hour pizza and beer. Great deal.
The server and hostess were friendly and the restaurant and restrooms were clean.
Pretty good bar and food. When I was there it was half off apps and little pizza so definitely feasted on the low which was nice. Food was good and they have high noon which is my favorite seltzer. The avocado they brought out with my burger was a little too hard to eat but other than that would probably return
Stopped while in the area and decided to grab a bite to eat. The place was hopping, but the service was fast and excellent. I had the grilled chicken and brocolli my wife had a personal ham mushroon and peperoni pizza. The grilled chick and broccoli needed a little more salt, but it was very moist and juicy. My wife said that compared to her favorite pizza, it was an 8 out of 10. The restraunt was very noisy and difficult to hear one another why i rated the atmosphere low.
The staff is friendly. As an Italian/American spot- the food is consistent and delicious. We love the local support on their walls. Also, you can’t go wrong with their happy hours.

So we got sat right away and then waited 20 minutes and nobody came so we were going to leave. As we were leaving the manager (Jimmy) told us to take care and I let him know we were leaving because nobody came to us. He asked if there was anything he could do and I said probably not. He insisted and my son wanted to have pizza so we stayed. Jimmy made sure we were taken care of and the staff was amazing. So after a bad start, they fixed things and that means a lot.
