I went there with my 6 year old who was tired and had a long weekend away from home, and we still had another night to go before we'd be back home. She was very unruly and throwing a fit, I did my best to get it under control and calm her. The staff was very patient and kind with me, I appreciated that
It was Autumn that made the visit everything it could be during these times. She was inviting, friendly, patient. Not sure if she was smiling lol mask are a must. Food was exactly what i ordered and expected.. except the hash browns.. to no fault of their own i ordered them cooked hard... guess I've never had them done correctly before today. I'll not be ordering that style again lol.. the entire experience was a great start to a great day. Nothing spectacular but everyone was amazing. Keep up the great work. She noticed I'm a vet.. without question she discounted me...I just left her a slightly bigger tip. I'll be back.

What can we say except IHOP! Best place for egg-on-a-burger. Service was attentive and very kind given how busy they were. Quick and reliable and very tasty. A bit cramped and noisy but who cares because IHOP.
The food was delicious. I received it rather fast because they weren't busy. The server was very friendly and cheerful.
Our waitress was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The restaurant was clean. The are open 24 hours a day

I had an exceptional experience at IHOP! The delicious food and Tosha's remarkable customer service made my visit truly memorable. when i was in Grand Rapids spending the weekend with my grandsons we went to ihop for breakfast. it was sunday morning and we had quite a wait but it was worth it for the coffee alone, it was nice and strong. we had fun talking and laughing. it was clean and although there was a wait it was worth it. the family environment and silly fun food for the kids make it a happy fun place.
