Had Chicken and Waffles for dinner with social fries last night and I highly recommend it. The service was amazing and staff would stop by and say hi and ask how the food was. Our wait to get a seat was about ten minutes and the parking lot was packed! I have been here several times now and the staff gets it. Westside Social is a prime example of excellent customer service. Other restaurants should take lessons on how to serve customers and this place hasn't even been open for three months! I was losing faith in customer service at restaurants and Westside Social has restored that. I will wait to get seated to have more great service from this place! Great food and great service! I will be back!
My husband and I live not to far from here and are very happy this place is in our neighborhood. I enjoyed the fish tacos he had the Shepard's pie special and both were delicious and very reasonbly priced. Great mixed drinks and beer selection+ an awesome variety of whiskey if you enjoy that kinda thing. Atmosphere was very relaxing, service was friendly and attentive, and place was very clean. Thankfully Not a college scene, 30+ crowd...Recommend getting there before 5 or call ahead or you will have to wait a bit for a table.
Always have had great service here, the food is excellent, great variety and the prices are great. They have different happy hour specials/specials each day. The kids meals are $4-5 and include a drink. I found that to be incredibly cheap, as many places charge closer to $10 for kids meals and they don't include a drink. Last time we came in, we brought some extended family along.
My wife and I try this restaurant for the very first time today. I had the Chicken Roulade and it was outstanding. The server said it is one of their most popular dishes. My wife had a Monte Cristo and enjoyed it thoroughly. There is a reason this place is so busy. The food is great!
1st time here, on a Tuesday night about 730p. The place was packed. Surprisingly, we got sat right away. The waiter was attentive. We had Tuesday's special 'wet burrito' and the chicken and waffles. Both are very good. Definitely a place I'd go again.
Atmosphere is nice, lots of parking, space inside or outside, bar area and the staff are friendly. Bathrooms were clean. Drink choices are many and specialty drinks are good. Food I’m a little mixed on, the cheese dip was good, just very different to what I expect, very thick like a rue. The chips were very well done and a bit greasy. The bread option was a nice addition. Everyone liked their food but it didn’t wow them, while my chicken and waffles were good, I have a love/hate feeling for the white sauce and “spicy” syrup. Im sure we will come back because it was not bad, maybe we could try something else?
We went on a Friday evening. Expect a wait. It is worth the wait. The service we had was excellent.
It is an open bar with plenty of tables to gather with medium to large groups.
Plenty of beer options. I had the Monte Cristo. It was awesome.
Atmosphere is 11/10, service has never been bad, always meet the kindest staff. The food is amazing and I always want to try something different because of all the many amazing options they offer!

Some of the best brussel sprouts around. Buffalo Chicken dip was good as were the unique egg rolls with Mac and cheese inside.

Westside Social always delivers on the food!! The seasonal cocktails and salads, mainstay sandwiches, and rotating sandwiches allow for a fun mix of classics you can expect and new things to try! Definitely a little more expensive for a quick lunch, but not bad every now and again. The social fries are my favorite and you have to pair them with the chipotle ranch!! Service is always friendly and quick!! If you're in GR and want a GREAT lunch without worrying about parking downtown, this is the place!!
This was our first time and recommended by friend. The food was excellent, the quality was outstanding, and the variety was exceptional. It’s only superseded by the great service and the cool vibe.
Visited with my sister on a Saturday night and hit it around 6:45pm. We had a wait of about 45ish minutes, not to bad for a hot spot in town. The inside has a dark and cozy vibe. I got the adult root beer float (technically on their dessert menu) as my drink and I’m so glad I did! We split the Bacon Mac Egg Rolls for our app and boy it was spicier than we expected. Definitely recommend ordering regular ranch instead of the chipotle ranch if you’re not one for spice 😁. But the Mac on the inside was delicious as well.
We split a weekly feature as our meal which was their Al Fresco Gnocchi. It was our reason for the visit actually as my sister had never tried gnocchi before. This was the perfect first plate for her to try it. It was so good and we both loved it.
We would 10/10 recommend coming for the food and we plan to visit again real soon!!
