been going there since jerry owned it on central, always the best salad and garlic bread in the world. always have the tenderloin butterflyed, the greatest, never missed a new years eve at damons for over 45 yrs.
We don’t go often, but when we do it never disappoints. It is a world unto itself as soon as you step inside and close the doors behind you. I love that it hasn’t changed since its beginnings. Mai tais and filet mignon with garlic bread, tossed-at-the-table-salad and a twice baked potato is my goto meal. I never stray and I never will.
After stumbling on Damon’s from a list of top restaurants in Glendale we have been super happy for n both of our visits to Damon’s. Michael is a great host who made all of us feel welcome and ensured to check on us throughout our visits. We enjoyed the potato skins , fried shrimp , and garlic bread to start the meal and washed it down with a few rounds of trader Vic mai tais. My wife enjoyed the salmon while I thoroughly enjoyed the New York which we were told is a crowd favorite. We are so happy this little place of history is here so close to the house and surely will be back regularly.
First time here and the drinks were amazing! Some nice tiki inspired libations. Must try the coconut shrimp and any cocktail of your choice. Looking forward to exploring this place some more as I've been around but never came inside. The space is spacious, open, and nice on the inside.
Great atmosphere and amazing food and even better service. Id come back. But also isn't the usual tiki bar I'm use too. Thought there would be more Polynesian food.
Let me start with our waiter, Ruben. Very very helpful and even tolerated my sense of humor. All around good guy and personality.
We met some friends there for dinner. ALL of the food looked amazing. My wife and I both ordered the filet mignon. It looked so good when it arrived, I actually forgot to take a photo. It was amazing!!
Next, we ordered desert and let me tell you…AMAZING!! Pictures of the chocolate cake as well as the orange cake included.
Can I talk about the water for a moment? I like drinking water and it’s just as important for the water to be good. So many places serve water that tastes ‘tappy’…Not Damon’s. Nope. The water was not tappy at all. Very good with just enough ice too. Very good overall rating of everything here. 😃 I would totally eat here again and again!!

Nice place to hangout with friends and family, food and drinks are good. Parking is at the back, place need to be more clean.
I've been enjoying Damon's since before the Glendale galleria was built over their old location. We don't drink, but if you do their drinks are legendary. A traditional steak house with other items on the menu so all can enjoy what they like. Stuffed potatoes, garlic bread, great salad with dinner. We sometimes order a few starters and salad and skip the dinners. Great food, nice folks.
