We got this cookie cake for my Fiancée for his birthday ($35) and the staff were super kind and accommodating. Honestly, this is the BEST cookie cake we’ve ever had, even the frosting is delicious!! Only comment is their website needs some work, as the information is a little confusing. Other than that, we will definitely be going back to them!
Originally came in there for some regular chocolate chip cookies and came out with a dozen other cookies. We tried some and MMM they’re so good! Definitely a really good place to get cookies. If you like lemon, definitely try their Lemon Doodle cookies!
I am BEYOND pleased with my purchase from The Cookie House. I purchased custom cookies for my bridesmaid proposals and they created the most beautiful cookies! IMPRESSIVE!!! We have driven by The Cookie House several times but never stopped in until today. After today, I have a feeling we will be regulars. To say I was impressed is an understatement. The variety of cookies on display we're amazing, some very unique flavors, others decorated so beautifully that I didn't even want to eat them. The BEST part, they were absolutely delicious! Moist, full of flavor, definitely a treat! Customer service was also wonderful! The gentleman, I believe owner, answered all my daughter questions about the cookies to color on that come with markers with edible ink. We will definitely be back!
I ordered cookies for my husband as a surprise for our first wedding anniversary. I came in with a photo I found online and asked if she could make them. The owner said yes but also took the time to tell me all of the options I had to make the cookies unique and special to us. She suggested changing the shape to a heart and using our wedding colors since they were for our anniversary. I’m not creative like that at all and was so excited by her ideas! I ordered them about a month in advance and she packed them so nicely that not a single cookie broke during our flight! I almost forgot to mention that the cookies are, of course, delicious. I’ll definitely be ordering from her in the future and recommend you do too!
These cookies are ABSOLUTELY the BEST! I bought a few for my daughter’s teacher about a year ago and a few for our family members recently and everyone has loved them! They’re a perfect size, soft, with a very slight crisp, and taste SO delicious! They’re everything you look for in a homemade cookie! I’ll definitely keep coming back. Stopped by after getting a sweet tooth. They have a great selection of cookies for walk in customers, it's not just pre-order. They were delicious!! We had lemon blueberry, coconut carrot, white chocolate honeycomb, and reese's pieces. All were great, I would get any of them again. I could smell the lemon blueberry scent when I walked in, so I know the cookies were fresh. I would definitely trust them with a bulk or party order after the delicious cookies we had today.
I’ve ordered 2 cookie cakes from here & they tasted & looked amazing. However, both times I called to order the woman who answered seemed irritated to answer my questions. When I went to pick up my cookie cake yesterday, I called & spoke to a younger girl who was so sweet. When I picked up my cookie cake she was very sweet & pleasant. The business looks very clean which I liked too. So, because of my pleasant experience with her & the cakes I will definitely come back. I’m thinking the other person I spoke with may have just been having a bad day.
Have been here a few times, and their cookies are always amazing. They have nice selection of cookie options for walking purchase (always a hit for dessert.) I placed an order for my wife birthday, and they did an amazing job decorating the cookies. I ordered 2 dozen, and no 2 cookies were decorated the same. The staff is incredibly friendly. Can't say enough about this business.
I bought a few different cookies that were on display and they were all amazing, especially the chocolate chip! I will definitely be coming back for more!
