They were amazing. My wife had just given birth to our son and could finally eat again. She requested a few things including a chicken salad. So I called Panera Bread because they were right around the corner and told them about our great news and said that my wife was wanting to get a salad. They said how long will you be before you're here and I told them about 10 minutes. When I got there and went to pay for the salad they said it they had taken care of it and congratulations. They also put bread and scones in the bag and wrote congrats on everything and drew pictures of baby toys on the box. This was such a touching act as we had just gone through an unexpected early birth. Thanks for such a wonderful experience that I'll never forget.
Nice location. Lots of seating. Not very busy and pretty quiet but I came when it was nearing close.
Cleanly and good service. The chicken soba bowl was extremely bitter. That's the 1 star knock off. Try the Passion Papaya Green Tea, its really good.
Good place for a great salad or sandwich that tastes like it was made by mom. Quick service, nice environment.
We really like Panera for breakfast. All locations are clean and well staffed. Self order kiosks are great.
The only think I don't care for is self clear tables and sorted waste areas. They have an expectation we should tip, but not sure what service I should tip for?
I visit Panera Bread on 67th Street off the 101 because it is such a convenient location and I can do the rapid pick-up where I order the food on my phone before I leave an appointment and then they have it ready right when I get there. It's paid for so pretty much all they have to do is go in and pick it up. The orders are always correct. The reason I gave Panera four stars is that I find it hard finding a sandwich or Salad I like on their menu when I pick 2. Sorry Panera but I just really do not care for your chicken. I know you've changed it to a different kind so maybe I should give it another chance. Everyone has different tastes. They have added a lot of other protein balls and mac and cheeses to their menu. But I really enjoy their soups especially the seasonal soups like the one for summer is a corn chowder.
For over three years this has been my go to place at 67th Ave & 101. I depend on healthy soups and salads to keep me going during a busy life of teaching part time, voluntering, and visiting my elderly mother. Broccoli cheddar soup that I bring to my mom lights up her face. My husband loves the soup and half sandwich and it is a good value. Both of us show up Sun at 8:30 am for the flaky egg goodness of hot souffles. Their catering sandwiches have been most welcome during some noontime classes. Friendly staff and quick service reflects a great environment. I recommend you stop by and enjoy!
I placed an online order for 2 meals on a Sunday evening and the delivery was a little slow. The manager, Matt, called me to apologize for the delayed delivery and he offered me 2 free meals to make up for it. The food was great, in both cases, but Matt's customer service was exceptional. Also, this location is pretty cool (the design/layout) and is perfect for working/studying.
I love Panera Bread. The sandwiches are so very customizable, comforting and satisfying without weighing you down. The bakery items are all remarkably good, and the tea selection is exciting. The staff are friendly and cheerful. What else can be said, eating here feels good and wholesome.
Went looking for their almond croissant, we've been told they are good. Alas they didn't have any, so we'll need to check another day. We did pick up some baguette bread & bear claws which we like.
An excellent Panera Bread location. Quick ordering process with the kiosks, with friendly and helpful staff. The only negative is that they tend to run out of supplies quite often, making my highly craved grilled cheese impossible to obtain. 😭
