I ordered a pizza earlier today and received the wrong order. Unfortunately, I had not checked before leaving the store and it was quite far since I had picked it up on my way home from work. I called the stores line but was on hold for 2 hrs, which was expected since it’s friday and they usually have a long line, so i had to go back to the store. I told the man taking orders at the front, tall, white, slightly older man, to which I believe was the manager, and if not he should be. We explained the situation to him and he apologized, and said he would make everything fresh for us in 10 minutes, if we were willing to wait. We did and he gave us excellent service. He was quick and efficient as well as nice. Definitely deserves a raise. Best service received from anyone at that location. As a comparison, there was a younger employee there that shooed a man attempting to order because he was ‘in the way’ of a couple pizzas that were being picked up. Instead of politely asking for him to step aside or a simple excuse me or him situation.
Fast service, smiling associates, excellent, hot food. The staff is generally made up of teenagers when I go in there at night, but these kids are hard working and have awesome customer service skills. They are so friendly and professional. Definitely surpass the service of many other places.
Today was PACKED more than usual but I have to say that the guys were working hard. They gave the kids cookies while we waited. They were proactive and checking on our orders. They were asking for people to check their orders to make sure they were right. Unfortunately, I got my pizza through the automated oven and didn’t check mine. When I got home I realized I got the wrong pizza. We called the store and spoke to the store manager, Duane. He was super polite and professional, and he confirmed that our issue was resolved!
I've personally want to thank the customers for the five star reviews I've received, I couldn't do it without the help of my crew those nights you received service from us. No I was not the manager but was a shift lead supervisor, I was a customer here once as well and I treated our customers as I would wanted to be treated, and like Myke stated it all about how you handle the situation to have great customer service, this facility is way under staffed which explains why orders are behind because we're fulfilling online orders such as GrubHub, Door Dash and UberEATS. And as well online orders and customer walk in, while short handed so please be patient, unfortunately as of November 18th 2023 I resigned from the company because I am unable to do what they ask of me to do which is cutting the hours of my crew by sending them home while running a skeleton crew as is, if I was to do that my customer service to you all, will definitely decline so I made the choice to walk away. Once again thank you all for the reviews and it was a pleasure to serve you while I was working there for the past several months.
I ordered at a very busy time, I waited 30 minutes for my order just to find out something went wrong and my order was cancelled. Dwain took control of the situation and went above and beyond to make it right. Thank you Dwain, everyone makes mistakes, what matters is how you handle it. You handled with professionalism and empathy, that's all anyone could ask for.
Do not pay online. Pay in store. If your pizza is placed in the non locking pizza portal, the homeless persons waiting outside will take it. You don't need a code, just push the portal window and it'll open.
Customer service was amazing! I placed an online order, which I thought was for delivery. By the time I realized my order was actually for pick up, the store had just closed. I tried calling, but of course, they were closed. I went down there by now it's ten past closing. The employees were so understanding. They checked my order information and handed it right over. I absolutely know they didn't have to do that.
We ordered in the store on the way home that wasn’t near our house. Got home and the order was wrong and horrible we called the store and Dwane said he would take care of the order. Had to make a special trip back to the store and Dwane made it right and went above and beyond. We will make the trip to this location again instead of the one near our house thanks!

Ebony is the name of the person who helped us out she was phenomenal. She helped me pick the perfect pizza toppings that I didn’t even know existed.
