My husband & i had a really good experience the day we went. I loved the pizza, it’s so thin & crunchy, i ate it all & didn’t feel gross after. The pasta was also good, my husband really liked it but i thought it was gonna be better, also i didn’t think it was enough… the drinks (i hardly ever drink beer/alcohol) i didn’t like @ all, too strong, but once again i am not a drinker… the place was nice, i definitely would go back for another pizza. There were also pool tables & that was fun, oh & bowling
We are in town for a baseball tournament and our sons birthday happened to fall as we were here. My husband called around to several places looking for a place we could celebrate with the team. Not only did the Funk House manager reply but they were more than accommodating. They got us all set up with the back lanes reserved. We had two waitresses attending to the groups. Everyone had a good time. The manager checked in with us and the staff was awesome.
Some of the boys broke a bowling rule and the staff was quick to speak to us and communicated repercussions if they continued. We spoke to the boys and we were able to continue with our party without issue.
The waitress suggested the blackberry lime Grose. With was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their food. My husband and I both ordered a salad which took longer than expected, but tge waitresses were very apologetic.
Thank you to the staff for a wonderful time!
Great food. Beers are to style and delicious! I had the ahi tuna salad and it was amazing! Service was fantastic. Will def be back next time we are in the valley.
The food was amazing. Service top notch. Also, a bowling alley in the restaurant! These servers and managers care about their customers. They all asked how our food was and held great conversations.
We came across Forty Eight brewery while exploring the area. The service is awesome and the beer is great! Defiantly recommend
So we have made it a habit of coming to this place because they have some amazing Brews in house. Every time we go we end up getting the tater tot nachos, they have so cute them the "Totchos" and believe me whoever is frying up those tater tots is frying them perfectly crispy to hold up to all those lovely nacho condiments that are stacked up on top of these lovely tater tots. And that's only the beginning. They have this lovely beaver tail, dark blue and I'm not even sure because I've been told two different names but I thought it was some blueberry Stout, but the lady at the other location told me it was called beaver tail. This is a wonderful blueberry, vanilla, coffee types flavors that mesh together so deliciously. It is definitely on the must try list. We did try another beer while we were here but I don't even remember the name of it because this beaver tail blueberry vanilla Stout was so amazing it blew my mind.
This is a great sports bar on the edge of the Westgate excitement. They have a million tvs, somehow fit in a bowling alley and there's even a billiards area that I would have to believe is free. The servers were cool and nice. the seating was alright, table was a little on the wobbly side. They have a good selection of adult drinks and food; definitely not too much to look through. If you go, you have to try the PB&J burger, didn't eat it but everybody seems to like it. Good brewery.
Manager Lance and Chef Mike went above and beyond to make our company happy hour so fun. The server was amazing and the food was delicious! At the last minute, we asked if they could provide a birthday cake. They jumped in and provided the most delicious homemade carmel, strawberry cheesecake. It was to die for. Thanks guys for making our party a PARTY!
We swung in just for a couple small plates and beer. Beers was good as expected. The flatbread tasted like the local water was used for the dough, the tots were delicious though. Service was good but they did take a bit to come and seat us. Atmosphere was funky as I had expected. Fun drinking/bar activities were there, bowling and pool tables from what I could tell.
I'd say this is a great stop for a date or casual hanging out, but I wouldn't say it's a phenomenal restaurant.
Reception was just OK not very friendly but our waitress was amazing, drinks and entertainment were great, when busy lines tend to be a bit in the tight side but if your neighbors are cool it's a call for a great time. I like the casual feel of bowling... family friendly environment
