Wow! Best customer service from the guy with bright blue eyes on this Sunday. It's rare to see people enjoying their time at work and being of service, but this guy nailed it. Exceptional attitude! Also he recommended butter cheese on my garlic herb crusted pepperoni and hooked it up for me quickly. This pizza is the best. I'll be back again for the amazing service and delicious food.
If I could give this location a dozen stars for service, I would. The guy at the counter was so friendly and he was genuine about it. I enjoyed interacting with him. People like that make me happy. I ended up coming in several times for customer orders through doordash that I was delivering, as well as once for myself. The food was amazing. Perfectly cooked, hot and fresh. This is definitely my favorite location by far. I didn't get his name, but the gentleman rocking the fun hat was hands down the friendliest and best employee that I've had the pleasure of dealing with in any establishment of the sort in many years. Give that man a raise, please. He's worth it. His friendly attitude and great customer service skills alone are what keeps customers coming back.
I'm not the biggest fan of pizza because I've had it a lot from other places, and i guess I didn't have the most rememberable, positive experiences with the competitors' flavors and quality. I do, however, love that they make their dough from scratch, in the kitchen! Delicious! Major difference and better than many major pizza competitiors! Family favorite 😍 ❤️ We are life long fans now!
I ordered pizza for my son for his birthday, it's his favorite pizza. I personally think it's similar to a pizza hit experience but I do think the pizza is better.
I used the app to order for 1 hour out for pickup. Made it convenient. After ordering it said order complete and then the app errored out. I called to verify the order was right and ensure they got it. I spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to find my order since they couldn't see it. I had to place the same order again over the phone, the price over the phone was less than on the app. I verified the same order info. I get there and I saw they found my online order and I was charged the price from the online order not the price over the phone. I was in a rush and didn't want to argue and they gave me another medium for the hassle. Service was fine but the app was frustrating and then that they couldn't find my order and I had to order again was more frustrating.
Had a bit of an issue with an employees attitude but we spoke with Lloyd the manager and he remedied the situation. The pizza was awesome and no complaints about quality. We'll definitely be back.
Their pizzas are REALLY GOOD! Had a coupon for the Duo Pepperoni pizza so figured I’d give it a try. It was so delicious having 2 kinds of pepperoni on every slice. Loved the Garlic Herb flavored crust too!
There's no room to dine in, small counter to place your order. They have pizzas ,salads, and sandwiches. Looked like one person running the store when I was there at 2:00 in the afternoon .took my order, & payment.Someone else came in to pick up their call in order;she gave him his order and checked him out then went in the back made my individual Pizza, I was out in 15min. Very good pizza. Ordered sausage , black olives and mushrooms had enough of each ingredients .( you didn't have to guess if you got them all as in some places ) like the baked crust just crispy enough... not too soggy.. not too tough. They have a special $6.95 for any individual order of one item.
Pretty quick, good quality, kinda pricey. Best deals are online, not on phone or in store. Better pizza than most of them
We love hungry Howie's and especially their new mac and cheese pizza which is awesome!!!!!
I had an issue with my pizza, my cinnamon bread and my soda. They went ahead and remade that order for me without any problem. I absolutely love this place I would not go to any other hungry Howies. These people are absolutely amazing.
