the place is very nice and comfortable.To have a simple bite at night not heavy dinner🤣😂i choose the steakburgers its good and love the ice cream.Prize is affordable,staff is friendly.

I went to your 7670 W. Bell Road, Glendale, AZ location today and Jessica was working the drive thru. Due to my schedule, I eat out a LOT and am frequently – no, excessively – disappointed. Many drive-thru employees are friendly but many do NOT have the passion, professionalism, or desire to make the customer’s day and order exceptional. In fact, 9:10 times my order is wrong – and by “wrong” it is usually something very simple like “no cheese”. I also feel that most employees are working “for the paycheck” and, with Jessica, I feel she truly cares about their customers and their experiences. Additionally, I feel too many employees do not realize that they are representing their employer - good or bad... call it “guilt by association”. While I rarely have a “bad day”, if I did, I would hope she was working! It is VERY rare that I get to write about a positive fast food or overall restaurant experience and always enjoy doing so when the opportunity arises.
The hamburger patties are thin (so get at least a double) but they're delicious! The Chicago dog is great too. But the fries are as addictive as crack! These incredibly thin fries are probably the best I've ever had. They're all the "crispy outside" part!
I've only ever had Freddy's once before about a year ago at what I just discovered was their flagship location. So tonight's meal feels like kind of a rediscovery. I had the cheesesteak which was not my favorite but probably prepared exactly as it should have been.
At the condiment/beverage counter was lacking a bit of attention as the sweet tea was empty as was their famous fries sauce. They'll get a pass on that this time.
Hidden gem! Great steak burger and love the seasoned fries. Good prices and the bund are great!
Fantastic Freddie's. Oh my, where to begin? This has to be my favorite hamburger joint. Order a steakburger, wonderful shoestring-type fries, and for dessert, have the Turtle sundae. The quality of the food is always the best, and the texture of the frozen custard is like eating a heavenly cloud! This Freddies is the only store this far west, so take advantage, Phoenix! Freddie's will have you coming back again, and again...
Heaven on Earth. Freddy's has the absolute best frozen custard creations available. The greasy spoon kind of "main course" menu is divine...but leave room for the dessert. Frozen custard is like a super thick, velvety ice cream. Nothing else compares. Dear God - we are talking REALLY GOOD STUFF here.
We had lunch at this Freddy's while in town. It was a simple lunch with steak burgers, fries and a hot dog . The food didn't come out all that quick, but not drastically long either.
The food was pretty good. Although I think the hotdog would have been better boiled. Just a personal preference. We originally planed on custard for dessert , but decided not after having lunch itself.
This particular Freddy's was slightly in disarray when were there. Although the staff did pretty much rectify the situation while we were there. I snapped a few pictures to show how nice and clean this restaurant was when done.
All in all a decent place for a fast food meal. Yes it could use some improvement. But maybe we went at an inopportune time. So it may be a lot better than the time of our visit. And I would like to think positive about this Freddy's. So they're worth a try.
One of my favorite burger places in the area. When I arrived, there were about three vehicles in front of us and the line moved extremely fast. The employees are very quick with taking the orders and getting the food out to you.
The burgers are very flavorful. Even though the patties are kind of thin they are still really good. The cheese curds are also great as well. So if you're looking for a good burger and a good shake or custard, this is the place to go.
By far one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I have been too. Easy menu and medium priced. Lots of seating and lots of condiments. Lots of parking and well lit. Outside seating. Kid friendly. Staff is pretty well trained and service is amazing. Lots of deserts and big meals. Highly recommended.
I am truly enjoying this place. This time I tried the onion rings. I love that it is made with real onions. I want a jar of their pickles. It is that scrumptious 😋. I like their option that we can order dessert while ordering our food because you can ask for a "custard hold" and when your ready for dessert they make it for you.
Retro style dining atmosphere with great old fashioned hamburgers. The new Pretzel Bacon BBQ Steakburger is excellent I was drooling it was so good. Onion rings were good nice batter stayed hot the entire time I ate my meal. I would definitely come hear again was very impressed with the service of the staff and cleanliness of the restaurant. While I dined in there was a constant flow of customers coming in... Great food! THANKS EVERYONE!
Very much like In& Out burger setting, but this restaurant ‘s way different compared to In&Out. Tried their double ,beacon and steak burger for lunch. It was a little dry but it tasted good. I loved the fried though, it was different because it smaller than other French fried. The services were very impressive and friendly.
Cute classic retro burger diner with REAL steak burgers! They're delicious, they're crispy, and not a bad price for these days! Everyone who works here is very patient and polite. Definitely a regular outing for me and my family!

The good was sooo good! Such a great place to grab a tasty burger and a yummy sweet treat. I didn't care too much for the atmosphere it wasn't giving the most "all are welcomed" feeling, so my husband and I opted to sit outside.
We had a great time here, Good food and fast service. Staff is friendly and very much welcoming. Their Burger is good, especially their authentic shoestring Fries are awesome definitely recommended go ahead try it out if you haven't tried yet.
And Their Sundae's options are also great you wont regret it going there.
