A different DD messed up our orders, making iced teas with cream instead of coffee. We noticed on our ride and in passing, stopped at DD in Glastonbury. Staff there remade our coffees even though they are a different franchise. Very kind and great experience! Thanks :)

This is the best Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. The customer service is great and they prepare your orders very quickly. It is also always very clean. I highly recommend this location.

Oh yeah, this Dunkin' Donuts location it's pretty cool, it also has a Baskin-Robbins combination food service. Which I like that because I grew up having Baskin-Robbins ice cream as a kid. So I enjoy going there double the treat!

The food was fine but took longer to get for as uncrowded as this place was. Don't expect quick service like you see at the drive through places. They follow the more relaxed approach. Place was clean and staff was polite and friendly. Coffee super HOT 🔥 Masks required inside for employees and patrons
