The mobile app is awful. Despite 2 locations on either side of town, it only allows you to order from one, even if you're closer to the other store. Have fun waiting an extra 30 minutes for delivery and the driver usually is mad about having to trek to the other side of town. The app also glitches out and double charges you or processes your payment immediately without allowing you to add tip or double check before confirmation. The customer service is pretty good, I've never had an issue with management or corporate when it comes to getting things resolved when the app or delivery gets messed up.
