The food was good and their service was prompt. The restrooms need some repairs and regular cleaning.

Coupons are definitely a reason why I continue to eat here. Food is not bad but some days it is not up to standards. Wait can go up to +15mins on busy days. On occasions, they sometimes didn't have enough change for my cash and made me wait or gave them to me in coin rolls. Atmosphere is good and the staff are nice to me
I drive 7 miles for beef and chicken bowls. I haven't had the food for a while, I wish they had a location closer. I moved from Garden Grove a while back so it's a treat for me now. The bowls and rolls are my favorite. Build one in HB you're missing a lot of business and I wouldn't have to drive so far.
As of Sept 2023, this place is being remodeled inside so no inside dining. However, drive thru is open until midnight. If you're not big on sauce, consider getting it on the site. This place slathers the sauce all over your food, making your meal really sloppy. That was my main beef with beef bowl. 😉

Food was amazing and the customer service was literally the best. We’re visiting LA and Isaak and the other workers were so helpful and friendly. The experience all around was 10/10!

Looks like this location is short on staff. It gets busy during lunch time. It took 15 mins just to order but the food came out quick once i ordered.
I continue to eat here because of the coupons, without a doubt. Food is generally good, but occasionally falls short of expectations. On busy days, the wait can be up to 15 minutes. They occasionally gave me coins in rolls when they didn't have enough change for my cash and forced me to wait. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant.

I love Yoshinoya. I had a teriyaki chicken & beef, with vegetables combo. It was as delicious. The preparer made my plate look appealingly and appetizing. Thank you.
Xl plate is banging! Boba drinks are actually good. Usually come here once in awhile but now can't get over the new proportions on xl plate. I'm talking about I want lots of rice and meat and to my surprise they delivered.
