Excellent service and good delicious!! Genny McDonald was excellent and just radiated her love of people and her job!! Highly recommend!!!!
I was here 3 weeks ago and it was the absolute worst experience I have ever had! The girl who I guess was in charge "she was screaming and cussing that she was in charge" was so rude to the other employees and had no concern what so ever for the guest while the person making my food had on a string tank top and no bra 🤢but the food was still on point so I went back just now and I'm glad I did!!! The young man and lady tonight were so polite and quick taking care of mine and my husband's order. The store was so clean and we will be back just because of them!!! If the service was like last time we had decided we would never be back no matter how good the food. I'm glad management took care of problem and it's customer's!!!
Firehouse always feels like the cool uncle when you compare against the other sub shop chains in town but they've got a flavor of their own. Always fresh and that kosher pickle is always a great accessory to any sandwich.
I wish they still had the hot sauces...
I love the sandwiches here. Always made hot and fresh. They have a good selection and everyone in the family finds something that they like. And the 3 different sizes are great for everyone. Get the app and you build up points to get free sandwiches.
That was quite literally the BEST firehouse sandwich I have ever eaten... and I've eaten at ALOT of firehouses! Everything about it was delicious!! We usually go to Oakwood but we will be coming here from now on. 10 out of 10. Cant say enough good things.

Incredible experience here! We got 2 sandwiches for dine-in and they both came out fantastic. The drinks were amazing and tasted fresh. If you’re in the mood for a fresh, warm sandwich, I would highly recommend this Firehouse Subs.
