Went on recommendation of relatives. This is a moderately sized gastropub with a nice menu of delicious food. The corn fritters and the desert flight are a must. Decent beer selection including 6 of their own. I sampled 4 of the 6 house beers which I enjoyed and would recommend. Our experience from start to finish was a very positive one. We were greeted promptly and seated immediately, our server and the service in general was what should be expected. One of the owners making regular trips through the dining room checking on business and looking to make sure everything is being taken care of. High marks for a pleasant lunch with family. Thank you.
My family and I often eat here and we love it. It is one of the few places I view as kid friendly and adult friendly. They have milk, goldfish, and coloring to keep the kids occupied. The kids love the chicken quesadilla and fruit for dinner. So far everything I have tried on the menu is good. I love the flank steak salad. I also love the things offered for adults like an extensive craft beer selection and the blood orange margaritas are amazing. We always have good service. Finally the Smores in a jar dessert is so delious it is the perfect end to a great meal.
Amazing service , great staff and good portions. I had the chicken Caesar wrap and strawberry salad and it was amazing. I did curbside pickup and they brought my order out 10 minutes before it was due! I’m so glad to support this business during such a hard time, keep doing what your doing, and if you haven’t been there, try it ASAP!
🔥🔥 Crispy Chicken. Soft waffles. Hot soup. Delicious drinks. 🔥🔥
Is it true? Waffles are pancakes with ABS? 🤔
Food was pretty good, service was decent. Not blown away by either, but a decent spot. Would return again
The Mason Jar is a awesome place for southern comfort food. The dishes have a unique twist and every bite is very flavorful. Their chicken and waffles are to die for and have a wonderful bust of flavor. Definitely a must try if you happen to be in the area. Everyone was very friendly and the environment was quaint and cozy. They also have a outdoor area if you want to catch a nice evening breeze while you eat.
OMG - run, don't walk to the Mason Jar Tavern to grab their fried chicken and waffles meal! Fluffy waffles, tasty and perfectly seasoned boneless fried chicken, and that fabulous honey butter was simply outrageous! My mouth is watering right now as I picture these waffles dancing around my head. We're appreciative that they offered this entree on the special menu selection for veterans on November 11. It was free for me, but paying $15.50 for the meal, along with a side salad would be worth it for sure. Ordering by phone was super easy, and I had no problem with the curbside pick-up. The Mason Jar Tavern is definitely worth a visit.
Food and service are great. With everything going on they also have safe service down perfectly.
