Visited for the first time during the holidays. We were warmly greeted by one of the managers, James. Unfortunately, our visit was not what we expected. They were out of salmon and pizza. The drinks took a while to come out and my kids noodles came out cold.
James came to our table to explain they had a busy last few days and did not expect to run out of fish and pizza. He did bring my kids a hot plate of noodles which I appreciate. James did a great job smoothing things over and assure us next visit would not be a fail. I will give this place another try and will update my review to hopefully 5 stars.
Wow guys, second meal we've door dashed to our office... please pat yourselves on the back, your food is off the hook good. This time I had the make your own pasta bowl and it was perfection... seasoning, flavors, ingredients, presentation all top notch, please keep doing what you're doing. Bellissimo!

Great food. Very family friendly...paper on the table for drawing or a game of tic tac toe with your little ones. A little on the pricey side but the taste is worth the cost

We dined at Macaroni Grill yesterday evening. When we walked in the door we were welcomed by the staff and the delicious aromas of fine Italian cuisine. We were seated and tended to promptly. Our waiter Aaron took excellent care of us. Great job. My fiance ordered the Mama's Tro and I ordered the porterhouse steak with mashed potatoes and greens. Which both came out absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for the memorable dining experience.
This place has been here forever! My dad remembers it being there when he was younger and I can't remember a time when it wasn't there. The food was really good. I got the lamb shank. My dad got a salad with salmon on top. The salmon was incredibly moist and well cooked. My lamb was pink in the center, just the way it was supposed to be. The service was ok. We had a gift card and had some issues with that and tipping, but overall the staff was friendly and tried to answer our questions best they could.
