The food was consistent with all Waffle House locations. The service was good and the workers were friendly. The ONLY problem we had was the building is a death trap. The front door has a hasp for a padlock. This is against southern building codes and the Fire code. It can allow someone to easily trap guests and workers inside the building with something as simple as a fork.
This door has been like this for over a year.
This facility should be shut down until this hasp is removed.
Even though they were down by 1 cook and 2 servers the remaining staff all pulled together to get through a very busy time while keeping their frustrations in check. These employees truly are Rock Stars and deserve a big THANK YOU! The food was still top notch and we greatly appreciate your efforts.
We stopped here for breakfast on our way to Florida and the food, service and prices were great. We were seated immediately and our waitress was nice and prompt. It was clean and we were able to eat our food and get back on the road in a reasonable time.
The people are always very friendly. The service is quick no matter how busy they are. They put you as the customer first. Great place and great people. My nephew and I go every Friday morning. It's our go to place for breakfast.
Waitress was attentive, but seemed to be pressured because she was only one there until she had help and even then they wernt working as much.
Food was great!
Place was clean when we arrived atleast for table tops were still wet from cleaning.
Again, considering only one waitress it was exemplary.
Made it to Kentucky from Alabama at 1am and I was starving. We stayed at the Quality Inn across the street and just walked. Maybe 4 people in the joint. Our waitress was very friendly and quick. The food was hot and exactly what I was looking for.
