When I travel, which is more than enough for me, I always try to get some CFA. Of course, this CFA - South Franklin & CoolSprings location are my two home locations. They are wonderful! I love that the people are always the sharpest and kindest people. Thank you to the Cathy Family for such a great business! Blessings on this organization!
I would like to share a wonderful act of kindness that I witnessed yesterday. My wife and I were waiting in line at the drive thru at the Chick-fil-a in South Franklin. The young man in the picture was taking outside orders from the drive-thru customers. While taking orders, he saw an elderly man walking with a walker heading towards the door. He told the next customer that he would be right back. He ran to the door, opened the outside door helped the gentleman in and then helped him through the inside door. He then hustled back out and resumed taking orders. I wanted this young man and Chick-fil-a to know that his act of kindness did not go unnoticed. Kudos to the parents of this young man and to Chick-fil-a for hiring this caliber employees.
Their food and service is excellent, however I've noticed their competitors have larger breast meat for their sandwiches. I believe this is an issue that they can address and remain the best chicken restaurant in the business!
Always so good!!! Best fast food in town, I might even say best restaurant in town. Love Chick-fil-A so much.
