We just had our fill of some of the BEST pizza around! Papa Johns NAILED our online order and delivered it within the projected time. Kudos to the pizza guru that constructed 2 masterpieces. We WILL be ordering again! Thanks PJP.
Picking up food this evening for the Nantahala Fire Fighters. The manager here is amazing!! She has made almost all the pizza's by herself and ran the store! She deserves a raise!! She told me she was praying for us. I want to thank her publicly. Thank you Kelsey Crawford!
I don't know if there is a new owner or management, but WOW! Fantastic job. I always look at health department score before ordering. They have a 100. Everyone inside was very friendly and professional. The pizza was hot and the wings were suburb. I will start ordering here again. Thank you all.
Went because I discovered they had certain ingredients. I'd never been before. Pizza was good (NY) as far as sauce and cheese was good, but very few other ingredients.
Always great product and service. Seems like we always pick up a pizza or two every time we visit Franklin, NC.
Whenever they fudge my order (not often), they are quick to either correct it or replace it. It may take a while to get a delivery, but that's just because there aren't enough employees, don't take it out on your driver, they are doing the best they can. It may take fifteen minutes to answer a call, however, so online ordering is probably faster.
743 in the house ... We always order online and get the best deals over any coupon. Our delivery time has been spot on for the most part. And if they're running behind due to no drivers we have always gotten a call to let us know and they either comp us or give us a later time it will be here. Last nights pizza was DELICIOUS, everyone is snacking on it today. This is our "goto" pizza joint because they treat us good. HUGE kudos to the team for last night's performance 👏😁
Seemed ok, stayed away for couple years due to no meat on papdillos last ordered almost 2 years, but today ingredients seemed like fair amount. Much better experience today vs. last pizza from neighboring dominos that had 1mm of cheese on last pizza ordered, papas pizza had 5-10x more cheese, so thumbs up and best choice in town with local lil Caesars apparently closed.
Not sure what they're doing different, but this experience was fantastic and worth leaving a positive review. Compared to the last time we ordered from this Papa John's, it was like night and day. Delivery driver was friendly and pizza got here super quick, faster than scheduled. Stuffed crust was pretty good! EDIT: It was pretty expensive as others have said, but all pizza delivery is high in 2021. $30 for large 2 topping pizza, jalapeño rolls and a 2-liter with 15% tip.
Staff was very helpful and very friendly. It was a little pricey. Enjoyed the hand-toss pizza.
They have never gotten our order wrong and are always very friendly. Franklin has many pizza places including some private options and all of the big chains but with the chains I’ll say papa John’s is the most consistent and most likely to give you your order correctly.
Regardless of not having a menu, the guy behind the counter was so polite and friendly
