Tony Lipp’s is officially our favorite Italian restaurant. Great ambiance, extremely friendly staff, and the live music night was awesome. We have eaten there 3 times in the past 3 weeks bringing family and friends.

Indescribable flavor that's how good Tony Lip's is. Homestyle, superb quality, and dishes you would find at "Nona's" house. Authentic. A dining experience one could never forget. The owners are sweethearts with the finest cooking & pizza staff in Jersey-Manhattan area.
Good place for standard Italian fare with a little extra flare. Food was tasty and the sauce they serve with the bread was a pleasant surprise. Standard Italian-esque songs play (Godfather, Mambo Italiano, opera, etc.). Good for groups for now as the locals don't seem to go their regularly just yet. The waitstaff provided good service.
Met up with friends at this Italian restaurant in northern NJ. Decor and ambiance was tasteful and the waiter was helpful and professional. Food was great! ANGELA’s meatballs is a must try along with its tasty sauce. Bread is normally given out at other places and usually ok but the bread at Tony Lips was fresh tasty and delicious ....
Friends tried the specials, rib eye steak was delicious , prepared well and was juicy and delicious , chicken parmigiana was huge and enough for two ppl , and the prosciutto peas and pasta entree was awesome.
A return visit is a must for me. Frank V. was on premise and stopped to say hello

The great food was just half the nights fun. Bobby Valli (Frankie's brother) entertained the entire night (and was great). Music was loud so table conversation was minimum. Byob, so the wine was great. Service was a bit slow but the house was packed so no blame there. My first time there, will be back.
What a great find. A true family dining experience with real ingredients of love and care. The meatballs are divine. Freshness does not do enough justice on their offerings of great entrees and pizzas. Cannot wait to return. The tiramisu needs a stage or shrine of its own.
Amazing food and staff too..Must go and eat the food wont be disappointed at all.
