I have to give major kudos to LaLa and I believe her name was Alicia. I’ve had a few bad experiences at this one a few years ago I was reluctant to go back even though it’s the closest one to my house. Very professional and sweet ladies with a AMAZING customer service skills. Super clean facility. I was greeted when they noticed me, offered to help me pick something new. Still hadn’t had the app until them. I am so happy with my service Im going back today for another smoothie! Thanks ladies I’ll always come back to this one!

Customer service here is always on point. When I'm in a rush but need to find something healthy and delicious, I can always count on coming here. I’ve been twice and it was consistent. Both times there were not that many people if any there. The first time I got the Apple kiwi kale and it was really good. The second time I got a sample of the strawberry hill (wasn’t aware it was as big as it was) and the apple kiwi kale again. If you do the customer survey and bring a screen shot of the confirmation they give you a $1 off your smoothie and a swag bag. I was surprised how much stuff was in the swag bag. The best times to go is in the evening cause it’s been slow both times for me.

Knowledgeable young staff that move with a sense of urgency. It's no wonder, even at a peak time of the day with the store packed, I got my smoothie faster than at other SKs serving far fewer guests. My preferred location in Fort Worth by far!!! 👍
First time today, and I'm just now leaving my second time already lol I love this store.

I will say this about SK...they are true to their word and just outright gems to boot. They always have my order ready when I place it over the phone. The service is impeccable... keep it up SK... Rosedale is my favorite location.. thank you.

Yay! They brought back the styrofoam cups🤗. My smoothie was still cold and delicious 2 hours later! The staff at this location greeted me and were patient. My favorite smoothie is the Peanut Power Plus Chocolate with vegan protein and almond milk.
There is a reason Smoothie King has been around for so long and they will continue to be around! They have the perfect recipe.
Huge Fan! I love $5 Fridays! Healthy choices with additives like energy, fiber, probiotic, immune booster, protein of which many are already included in your choice of smoothie. Great selection! I like the Slim and Trim Veggie the best!
