I love Pizza Hut!! I have been ordering here for almost 3 years NEVER had a problem! Love y'all!!!
Acouple of months back I ordered from this Pizza Hut location. Due to an issue that I had with door dash NOT Pizza Hut. They still went ahead and made the situation right for me! Devin Helped me out 100%. Next time I ordered from them my pizza came out PERFECT! I’m all about customer service, and I’ll tell you what this location knows how to take care of their customers! The pizza has been really good at this location lately and employees have been nice. The store used to make bad pizzas and staff was unfriendly (and dirty) so we stopped ordering from there for over a year. We recently tried them again and things have been much better the last several orders. Guessing there was a management change - been very happy with them lately, hope they keep up the good work.
Update: when my husband went to pick up the missing pizza, they gave him a $30 credit. It is nice to see that they are trying to make things right. So, I am changing my 3 star review into a 4 star review.
This place is so hit or miss! Tonight we ordered 4 pizzas and only received 3. We paid for Ranch dressing and did not get any. The delivery driver blamed the store and the store blamed the driver. My husband had to go get the 4th pizza because they certainly weren't going to bring it to us and acted like they were only interested in offering us a refund. Why is it that when fast food places make a mistake its always that we're shorted items? Who is getting that extra food? I have never had a place make the mistake of giving us too much food haha. I like Pizza Hut Pizza, most of the time but the service at this particular location can be pretty bad.

Was late on ordering for my daughters birthday party and Pizza Hut took great care of me

The sign says Pizza Hut, but It's more like your local pizza shop and less like a chain. Love it.

This pizza hut is on top of there game. I love coming to this one because they honor their time, taste and taste of satisfaction. very friendly and respectful. thumbs up to the crew here! Keep the excellent customer service going.
Everyone on here complaining makes me laugh. If you want excellent pizza it's best to make at home but some are way too lazy for that. Everything here is pre frozen so idk how anyone would expect 5 star service when the food is subpar at best.
Do not order delivery here due to all the construction and lack of employees literally go carry out or make it yourself.
Pizza made by your self is way more enjoyable than pizza hut pizza. Dishes are always rushed to he washed so God knows if your pizza goes thru bacteria first before being box in a box that's probably touched the ground surface and seasoned well with dust.
& the fact majority of yall choose to call corporate is funny. The store is franchise ran and even the people who own the store don't care. Calling corporate or even mentioning that is just gonna get you laughed at in the face 😂😂
