Just wanted to add to my rating that their hours are 06:30am to 19:00pm M-F now. The photo I took shows 7am but the lady informed me that's they are open as early as 06:30. I tried updating it on Google, we will see if it works.
The food is always really well made, and they rarely mess up. The ladies are always nice and have a lot of patience, even when they are really busy.
What a great visit! Amy is doing a great job running the front counter! She is energetic and greets every customer and she helps things run smoothly by calling out to the staff in the back to give them heads up on orders and any shortages of items.
Only the drive-thru is open and they can be pretty slow due to being understaffed. However, it is good and as long as it isn't busy, it's pretty fast. Food is pretty good and always seems fresh.
The hours don't always seem to line up, sometimes it is closed when it is supposed to be open, probably due to staff issues. And they are closed weekends.
Showed up at lunch rush hour. Ordering went quickly and smoothly. The cashier was energetic, spoke clearly, and a repeated my order correctly. There’s very clearly a system in place to expedite the drive through line. Order was correct and sandwiches were to standard.
The salads and service are on point and I enjoy eating here on my lunch break. Only thing that kind of can be off-putting is they put some employees as training or with little to no customer service attitude on the register during peak lunch hours. I don't want to have to repeat myself 3 times or correct a simple order or wait for them to find an oft ordered item for 5 mins. I'm sorry. Training hours are not 11am to 1230pm. Please.
I had the seasoned curly fries with cheese. They were delicious. I also like the jalapeno poppers, cheese sticks, and classic roast beef sandwich.
The staff was very polite. I haven't been to Arbys in a long time and was excited for curly fries.. Well they weren't the freshest and I was a little disappointed.
I visited the Arby's on the base of Fort Bliss. It was a great experience, quick, the mozzarella sticks were delicious and hot 🔥. Service was speedy and professional.
Food is always hot, the staff always has a smile on their face. I trip here can put a smile on your face for sure.
Good Food, good service, but its hard to stay awake waiting so long @ their drive thru 😴
